A source revealed to BestCelebGossip that Kim Kardashian has dropped her lawsuit against Vivid and that its now being legally mass distributed to local adult video stores.

The tape, which Vivid paid a million dollars for, is now a bestseller in adult video stores and online markets. Vivid’s co-chairman tells TMZ, “We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us, we met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair.”

The publicity stunt obviously paid off! Insiders reveal that she was allegedly paid $5 million for the “production”. Co-star Ray J. was also compensated and was seen celebrating in Las Vegas at JET @ the Mirage Hotel. His entourage was seen chilling in the VIP room, sipping Grey Goose and Dom, while JET hosted a Kim K look-alike contest. Is that a little creepy, or what!?

Jennifer Love Hewitt is being sued by her former management company, Handprint Management. They claim that she still owes them monies for brokering her seven-year deal to star in hit U.S. TV series ‘The Ghost Whisperer’. Gossip website TMZ.com reveals that the company is seeking $350,000 in damages. The ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ actress ended her contract in 2005 and paid them for the first season of the series. The dispute is over monies owed for the second season.

No, it’s not buttocks implants, he’s set to have a new implant fitted to help him quit drugs.

The implant, a pellet containing naltrexone, will be inserted just under the skin of Pete’s stomach. A good friend of Pete’s said: “Pete hopes this new implant will help him quit for good.” The 28-year-old rocker has battled his dependency to heroin and cocaine for many years, and hopes this will be the end of it!
