Tori Spelling gushed to Us Weekly that:

“I’ve wanted a baby ever since I was 6 and saw a woman give birth on a soap opera!” Spelling shares. “But when I met Dean, it took on a whole new meaning: I wanted to create something that is part me, part him and totally created out of love.”

What a beautiful baby! The middle pic is of little Liam snuggling up to the family’s pug, Mimi LaRue, but mom says she’s still hesitant to let her baby around others.
