Jay-Z POPS the Question… Beyonce Said YES!
Well, it’s taken him a long time to finally pop the question, but it finally came out of his lips! Hip-hop star, Jay-Z, proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Beyoncé Knowles, while they were vacationing in Cannes, France. And what do you know… she said YES! The happy couple is said to marry this fall in Hawaii.
Jay-Z flew to London last night (03.06.07) to watch Beyoncé perform at Wembley on the latest leg of her UK tour. The 37-year-old hip-hop mogul even cancelled his own promotional tour of his business empire Roc-A-Fella to surprise his 25-year-old fiancée.
Beyoncé said: “I want to get married and really want a family, in a perfect world I’d have two boys and a girl. “You know someone loves you by the way he treats you and respects you. Me and Jay respect each other. “Sources say Jay-Z promised Beyonce “the biggest diamond she can fit on her finger”. of course he’s settling down he’s damn near 40,he’s lived his life,played all the games he wanted to play slept around with all the women he wanted to, partied hard the way he wanted to,got in all the trouble he wanted to, now he’s ready to settle down,as he should, im not saying she should do the same but she is very young 26, i know she’s traveled all over the world to places that 70yr olds has never been. but i mean really she even admit that all she ever did as a child was performed to make it big,and she has fullfilled that, and im sure she’s dated along the way, but thats puppy love, i mean really how many people can honestly say i married my real first boyfriend i was told in this life you have to kiss a couple of toads to find your prince, iwonder if she’s done that , i mean i dont recommend marriage until 30, she has a great mother whom i am very sure that has schooled her along the way, and i know he knows he will not get anyone any better than her so he jumped on it, he’s been in the game for a while and weve all heard who he has been linked to,and i dont think those are rumors.im not saying because nobody has ever known who she’s dated that she hasnt dated but it just seems like she’s very inexperienced to real relationships, and sometimes if its your real first time you are subject to get hurt…. just a thought.
