Word is that Britney Spears is taking steps to file a restraining order against her mom Lynne Spears to restrict her from access to herself and her sons. The alleged restraining order is citing Lynne’s apparrent excessive use of the happy pills. Guess Brit picked up a few smart living tips when living in the bin, but it will still be some time before she wins Parent of the Year Award.
