According to TMZ, Paris Hilton’s lil’ sis, Nicky Hilton just spent $3 million to move to a mansion in the posh Hollywood Hills. Her new pad, about 4,000 square feet, is considered medium-sized when compared to neighbours. It has an office, gym, 3 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths.

The designing Hilton — who runs her own clothing line, Chick, for chic chicks — kept it in the family, and had her uncle Mauricio Umansky help her with the sale, reports the L.A. Times.

Smart girl. She lucked out with beauty and brains!
