Well it seems that Jessica Biel has laid down the law with Justin Timberlake and his wandering eye. She has told him pretty much flat out she doesn’t do the heavy Hollywood party scene and also put down a strict ‘No Cheating Allowed’ request. While Justin may have heard her, his listening ears still may need some work as he was recently spotted at an HBO party flirting with some long-haired brunette on the roof of Tribeca Grand. Jessica has been known to say she takes her relationships seriously as she hasn’t had very many and she wants that respect from Justin. Apparently his ideas on relationship material are a little more skewed. You have to be pretty dumb to cheat on someone like Jessica Biel. However, she wants to stay true to her good-girl image with no drugs or partying and wants to maintain stable relationships. But that is not to say she won’t cash in on her gold-mine looks. Here she is in her famous Gear Magazine shoot. It’s a shame that someone this pretty needs to worry about being cheated on, she could do a lot better than Justin.

Us Weekly reports that Bridget Moynahan, who got pregnant with Tom Brady, delivered her precious little one on August 24th and has called him John Edward Thomas Moynahan. We’ve been talking about this and the catfights between her and Tom’s *whatever* with Gisele Bundchen, and how he has spent almost her entire pregnancy fawning over Gisele and ignoring the fact that he’s been a daddy-in-waiting. So she made the point of his absence abundantly clear by giving her son her own name. This seemed to have slipped Tom’s knowledge, as he initially revealed the baby’s name was Johnathan Brady. Oops! His bad. Congratulations to Bridget and Tom and Happy Birthday wee John. Huh…I guess being a Brady doesn’t seem so All-American anymore, does it?

I just love watching celebrities hanging out with their kids. You know, there are those out there that always end up in shots with nanny in tow. Not with Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, these two are real hands-on parents and I gotta hand it to them, it can’t be easy with their schedules. Here we see Jennifer taking pretty little Violet out for a library day in Pacific Palisades. Never too early to start a love for literacy darlin’. Little Violet also had Daddy all to herself while they ran some errands together on the weekend. And who doesn’t just love to see a fine man hanging out with his precious baby. We should rename these folks the Cleavers, but with a wee one as cute as little Violet, it can not be difficult to want to love all over her.

Many of you ogling boys out there will be happy to hear this one. The word out is that Paris Hilton’s gal pal Elisha Cuthbert has kicked New York Rangers man Sean Avery to the curb after two years. While we don’t know the details behind the split, we do know that she obviously had her reasons. Practically before she could even let a coat of nail polish dry he was hanging around the LG house in Malibu on August 26 hitting on none other than Paris Hilton. So far he hasn’t won any points with me, and I am not left wondering why they broke up in the first place. And while Paris may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, she apparently does have some loyalty bones, scrawny as they may be. She turned him down flat on his behind, saying she wouldn’t do that to Elisha.

This year the Teen Choice Awards were hosted by the lovely and talented Hilary Duff and the ever-hilarious Nick Cannon. The event studded with celebrities both performing and appearing on the nomination slates was one not easily forgotten. Artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Shop Boys, and Avril Lavigne were there to set the tone with their musical talents, and many teen idols rocked the docket with their multiple nominations. These included Katherine Heigl, Jessica Alba, Paris Hilton, Jessica Biel, and Justin Timberlake to name a few. The two surfboards that went to America’s Hearthrobs were not a shocker this year. For Choice Movie Actor in a Horror/Thriller the nominees were Josh Duhamel (Turistas), Jim Carrey (The Number 23), Ryan Gosling (Fracture), Jake Gyllenhaal (Zodiac) and Shia LaBeouf (Disturbia). Despite the tough competition and even A-list talent on the ballot, Shia LaBeouf took away the surfboard for his work with Disturbia. Most swooners across America will not be surprised to find out that Zac Efron took away the surfboard for Choice Male Hottie, waving out his competition of notable hotties Josh Duhamel, Orlando Bloom, T.I., and Taylor Kitsch. Too many cute boys, only one board, what’s a panel to do? I think they made a good call here. Humina Humina! Congratulations to all nominees and winners of this year’s Teens Choice Awards.

These two have been spotted more than once together as of late, and it is pretty clear their lip locks are not going to end anytime soon. In June Meagan Good and her BF New York Jets player Thomas Jones appeared together at the MTV awards and couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Here they are now doing what socialites do in the summer and that is hit the party circuit. Last Saturday they were spotted at Crash Mansion in New York City for his birthday party. Lil’ Kim also attended the party. The couple also rocked up Meagan’s 26th birthday in style with a night of dancing on the tables and celebrations held at Les Deux in West Hollywood, California.

While she is quite famous for being one of those celebs you either love or hate, no one can deny that Dita Von Teese is outright stunning. What I love is that she does not look like all the other cover faces. Her features are unique, and just breathtaking, and the girl can strike a pose like a master. Here you are seeing her on the cover of Japan’s September 2007 issue. And while she has been making waves in the high fashion print world she has also been running the gamut of fashion shows. She was also seen at the Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2008. This took place to celebrate Christian Dior’s 60th Anniversary on July 2, 2007 and was held at Chateau de Versailles in Versailles, Paris. Oh, a girl should be so lucky!

Now many in Hollywood are speculating that it was the sight of these photographs [Kate Hudson & Dax Shepard kissing in the grocery store] that tipped Owen Wilson, one of Hollywood’s brightest young stars, over the edge.

Friends have said that he had been deeply upset since splitting with the actress, the daughter of Goldie Hawn, shortly before Christmas last year.

The 38-year-old star of Wedding Crashers and Starsky And Hutch was said to have slashed his wrist and taken an overdose of pills at his Los Angeles home.

He was found in a ’semi-conscious’ state by his brother and, after initial hospital treatment, was transferred to a detox unit where his condition was described as stable last night.

Wilson said in a statement: “I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time.”

We wish him a fast recovery. The world would NOT be the same without him. We love you Owen!!!!!
