Maybe Britney Spears just didn’t know what time it was, or something, because even the coolest celebs generally abide by the shades after dark is a no-no rule. However here she is hosting the LAX nightclub opening in Las Vegas on Friday night with her not-so-clever new image. Yes, she wore shades, this ridiculous hat, and sipped Mimosas, a drink commonly served at brunch. The real juice of the night was that she spent most of her time with Criss Angel, and I believe the term used was ‘canoodling’. And what is that shiny thing dangling from her engagement finger? Perhaps just another attempt of hers to grab any shred of the spotlight that she can. She better grab it now, because I think the clock is ticking on what is left of her fifteen minutes. However, by dragging Criss Angel into the mix, I guess anything is possible with this girl.
