Britney Spears was snapped leaving the Wilshire Bundy Plaza… a medical clinic in LA this weekend and she was sporting a “My Flat in London” quilted handbag. Wouldn’t you just LOVE to know what she’s carrying inside it?

What a lot to carry… but, where’s the half empty bag of cheetos?
