Or rather, the representatives for both Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will appear in court this morning for what is being considered an emergency custody hearing. We are hearing talk again that Britney is missing her mandated drug testing, or failing to follow required drug-testing procedures. She is currently required to submit to drug testing twice weekly and also to submit a urine test within 6 hours of receiving a telephone call to do so. If she misses a test, it will be considered a failed test. While we are not hearing if she has or has not missed a test, the general assumption is as much as this is exactly what the hearing will be about. Her visitation rights were already scaled back last week when a parenting coach made some observations on her lack of parenting skills and now an emergency hearing is in the works again. What, does this girl not care or what? I just can’t believe that any mother would be so slack. If it is the case that she doesn’t care, why not just hand the kids over full-time so she can do what she wants and give her kids some stability with their dad. It boggles me. Because if she is trying to cling onto custody for appearance’s sake, as we can see here, she is not doing herself any public image favors. Let’s hope this madness ends soon, for the boy’s sake.
