Eesh! Who IS that girl? Without her make-up on, you can barely recognize her. But, this is Hilary Duff after having a little bit of a struggle with some canine issues. She is here taking her pooch to the vet in Sherman Oaks, California. And it was no easy treat as she attempted to talk on her cell phone and chase after the little pup at the same time. Looks like she had THAT under control, but what is with the uh ‘fresh face’?? Without make-up, she almost looks like she needs some flu meds… she’s pale and more than a little washed out. Just a smidge of foundation and blush would make a huge difference here. Keep an eye out for her new movie, Foodfight! which will be out in theaters in April. My guess is you will be able to actually recognize her there.
