Lindsay Lohan went back East over the weekend to spend some time with the family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Here she is with her little sister Ali as they brave the Black Friday crowds in New York City on a shopping spree scouting for good discounts. The Lohan girls melted some plastic on splurges at the luxury Armani Exchange store and then took full advantage of their celebrity status by picking up some free goods at Intermix. Gotta love it that celebs get all the free scoops, like THEY need it. But with Lilo’s money woes making headlines recently, perhaps she actually does. In other Lilo news, there are rumors that she’s fallen off the wagon AGAIN. At a recent party she was reported to have looked ‘out of it’ and made frequent potty trips with a friend of hers. As far as this wagon of hers is concerned, is anyone convinced that she was really on it? We all know how well her time in Utah was spent, so if she is dipping into the sauce or *whatever* again, I don’t see this being that big a shock.
