All is fair in love and war, right? Well, the rumours swirling around Jessica Simpson and Owen Wilson have come to a screeching halt, and this time she is being linked to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. Here’s Jessica Simpson arriving at the Teddy’s Lounge in West Hollywood to celebrate the birthday of former assistant, Cacee Cobb, with Tony Romo. This is a dream come true for Tony Romo, yes, even superstar quarterbacks dream about dates with celebrities. It seems that as far back as a year ago he was writing on his website about how much he wanted to date her. And, funny that, he also happens to be good friends with Daddy Simpson, Papa Joe. So, whatever Jessica wants, Jessica gets, but in this case it was Tony Romo doing the seeking. He got Papa Joe’s attention and asked if a little setup could get in the works, and so it has. And Jessica doesn’t seem to be complaining, reports are that she is texting everyone in the free world about her new quarterback romance. Well really, who wouldn’t. It will be interesting to see how long this lasts… uh I mean, how well this works out.
