The latest string in the Spears-Federline drama is that Britney is now being investigated for charges of child abuse and neglect. Child welfare investigators have opened up a case on the singer on multiple issues of child abuse and neglect. The safety of Sean Preston (2) and Jayden James (1) has come into question in the custody hearings and Britney’s bad mothering is being examined under a microscope. While the actual details of the investigation and abuse allegations are not being released, they are contained in a document that spans 300 pages. The courts are being asked to keep custody the same until the investigation is closed, which means, no kids for Britney for a while. I think after all we have heard about this girl, these allegations were just a matter of time passing, but I do hope the kids are able to come out of this as unscathed as possible. Even IF Britney is going through this high drama custody thing to gain publicity, she can’t be THAT stupid to leave child abuse allegations on her reputation for the rest of her life all in the name of selling records. Let’s hope this drama ends, and SOON!.
