Looks like Jessica Alba plans on staying in shape as much as she can through her pregnancy. Here she is seen leaving a gym in Beverly Hills toting her cell phone and a large bottle of water. Jessica is quite the hot commodity in the press as well with this recent announcement, as word is that she has already turned down three offers for baby bump photo shoots. In other Alba news, there are some rumors swirling around that she may be making more announcements in the future. The word is that she is also secretly engaged! To Cash Warren no doubt. This rumor began when a slip of the tongue happened with Fantastic Four co-star Doug Jones referred to Cash as Jessica’s fiancé. Jessica’s peeps aren’t confirming this however Jessica was seen with a band like object on her wedding finger at an appearance just last week. Hmmm…..Jessica Alba pregnant? Yes, shocking. Jessica Alba engaged? Not so much at this point!
