Here we have another he-said she-said car crash story, and this one is the rather famous crash that Lindsay Lohan is most noted for. A crash that is one of many leading to a long spiral of rehab for this girl. But in court documents on Friday, Lilo stated that she had not consumed any alcohol, drugs, or any type of medication the night of the crash. This statement is in response to a suit that is being filed by the driver of the car that Lilo hit. Raymundo Ortego is suing both Lindsay and The Ivy, the restaurant that he claims served the then underage actress. He is suing for damages and compensation related to his injuries, and Lilo is countersuing him alleging that he made an illegal u-turn. Doncha think it would be fun to see Judge Judy get her hands on this? Oh and, we are also hearing reports that Lilo is actually trying to quit smoking. No, she isn’t being paid to carry around Ariva lozenges.
