After three strikes you’re *almost* out, and Britney Spears finally made it to one of her long awaited depositions in the custody battle with Kevin Federline regarding their two children. There was the one she called in sick for, then was photo’d by the paps later that day out with a friend. There was the one shortly after she missed entirely. And of course, we all know about the one she appeared over two hours late for, leaving the courts exactly 14 minutes to ask her questions on her abilities to parent their children. At this point, I’m thinking it shouldn’t have even taken that long to get answers on that, however, the depositions continue. Britney spent the full slot of two and a half hours at the offices of Kevin Federline’s attorney yesterday, and her lawyers are saying she left in good spirits. Shortly after, Britney spoke with the paps, naturally, in her not so natural British accent. And what is THAT about anyway? So let’s hear it for the Britney. She made it to an appointment, on time, and stayed the required time. Sad, that this alone has become one of her own personal victories.
