Wow, this is truely exclusive coverage of what it’s like in Britney Spears’ life. Some of Sam’s, Britney’s Manager, text messages were leaked to celebrity blog Bitten & Bound and they’ve just shared it with us! According to their inside source, Ken Dungey, a pal of one of Lutfi’s ex-friends, the popstar’s manager is not such a nice guy:

Sam called on the night I had my birthday party on Saturday the 19th, he had Britney sing Happy Birthday to me then she got on the phone and talked to me for a minute. Then Sam wanted to display his power he has against her.

Sam said “watch this, see how much control I have over her” and he said” Britney, I’m going to go to Orange County to Ken’s for his Birthday party” Sam always held the phone up so I could hear whatever Britney was saying. Anyways, I heard Britney say ok, let me get my jacket, then Sam whispered and chuckled and said to me “watch this” then he said ” no Britney, I’m going to go by myself, she went crazy starting to cry and said :” no Sam please don’t leave me here alone” and she was at his knees and he was laughing saying ” get up off the floor bitch.” then she ran out of the room crying and yelling.

Not only that, but he’s alledged to be selling private info. about their [his and Britney's] whereabouts to the photogs. According to x17 co-owner Brandy Navarre, Sam tells her things “that the TMZ and Us Weeklys of the world would die for.”

When asked by Ken during one phone conversation how much money he actually makes, Lutfi allegedly replied “More money than most American CEOs.”

When OK! Magazine published “personal” photos of Britney Spears and her children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, which were allegedly sold to the magazine by photographer Dani Brubaker, Lutfi sent text messages to Dungey about the incident, threatening to sue. Two days after the text messages, MSNBC reported that Britney had sold the pictures to OK!.

Sam has like 2 other restraining orders against him aside from the one Britney’s dad Jaime’s threatened. Apparently, the details of the first two are chilling. Wow, what a great guy!

Oh, and the night that Britney was rushed to hospital, Ken texted Sam… what’s going on!? Sam Lutfi texted back: “Mental breakdown.” hmmm… this all sounds a LITTLE suspect to me! He was also in touch with Barbara Walters and she paraphrased the conversation as follows:

The chaos erupted after Lutfi’s revelation Monday that Spears has mental issues. Barbara Walters on “The View” paraphrased a statement Lutfi had sent to her about how Spears “has been to a psychiatrist.”

“He said that Britney is suffering from what he describes as mental issues, which are treatable,” Walters said. “He said that she has been to a psychiatrist and that she, I assume, is starting some kind of treatment. She’s been having mood swings, she’s been having trouble sleeping, and also she is in touch with her mother, because we had heard she wasn’t, and her mother has been very supportive of whatever it is Britney is going to do.”

That sounds reasonable, BUT…

After his public blowup with Britney Spears earlier this week, Sam Lutfi, her friend and sometimes manager, called celebrity news service TMZ.com Tuesday to defend himself.

Explaining the Monday argument with Spears in front of her house, Lutfi said Spears’ family had showed up unexpectedly at the pop star’s home and intervened.

“They have an agenda,” Lutfi told TMZ, referring to Spears’ family. “Their agenda is jealousy because they don’t fit in. I do. They see her three times a year.”

Ya, something’s not right. No shit Sherlock… keep digging Watson!
