Jessica Simpson is in a bit of legal hot water and it all boils down to a fitness video. She made a workout video with Speedfit, a fitness video company. At the time, she agreed to a multi-million dollar contract, but backed out after the fact and would not sign over the release of the video. Well, Speedfit is not too happy about it, and tried to go after her for it but she refuses to settle. So, they went to Daddy Simpson, Joe, and are suing him as well. Speedfit thinks Jessica is being a little unfair, that in fact, she’s even ‘hurting millions of fat people in America’. Yes, all the fat people in America can blame Jessica for their issues. The Simpson camp sputters about the whole thing and says basically, it’s in the hands of the attorneys. Nothing like getting a little fitness video company some major publicity like suing a mega-star. I am sure this will blow over before as quietly as it came.
