Your favorite redheaded actress may not exactly be living up to her Pretty Woman image these days. Here is Julia Roberts in New York all bundled out as she goes for a stroll. It looks like she’s hit that age where you know, comfort is more important that glamor. And that’s fine, when you’re 40, you do have to think more about dry skin, and the effects of the environment on the aging process. Not that she hasn’t aged beautifully mind you, but even in the industry she’s reached that point where she’s not getting the hot romance roles anymore, but falling more in line with the ‘mother’ characters. In her latest movie, ‘Fireflies in the Garden’, Julia works with Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds. Ryan was stoked when he got the part because he thought he’d get a little sumthin’ sumthin’ on screen with Julia Roberts, but was sadly disappointed to find out later that no, she was playing the part of his mom. Despite the fact that Ryan is dating Scarlett Johannson, guess he thought his work day would go a little faster with Julia by his side. So, while she still carries the image of the hot Pretty Woman to some, the hands of time, motherhood, and normalcy have turned Julia Roberts into a down-to-earth 40 year old woman. Julia Roberts normal? Hey, there could be worse things to be called, and besides, she even does normal beautifully.
