Well it seems that our girl Britney Spears is not actually a home owner, but a renter. And her landlord goes by the name of Love Shack Trust. And no, I’m not kidding. Some documents were sent to Britney dated Valentine’s Day that she was over two weeks late paying her rent. Her rent chimes in at the tune of a meager $35 K a month, and she was also being charged a $2,100 late fee. The documents were an official eviction notice, saying that she needs to fork over the cash to the Love Shack or move it on out. It seems when push came to shove that it was Britney’s ‘people’ that screwed up somewhere here and the rent has since been paid all is good in Britney land. I thought it was a little strange that she would be evicted after only two weeks had slipped by, but you have to know that when you are renting from the Love Shack, anything is possible.
