Amy Winehouse spent the night with London’s finest last night after being interviewed over the little broo ha ha she created in Camden last week. She was questioned about her alleged attack against two men, and even when she arrived at the station her doctor deemed her ‘unfit to be interviewed’. Shocking, isn’t it? She admitted to the assaults and was fully cooperative, and even apologized. No clue what good apologizing to the POLICE will do, since it’s not them that she clobbered. But it seemed to work because she was let go ‘with a caution’ and as it stands, that’s the end of this story. She won’t be formally arrested, or even have to face penal action because of it. But I guess such is life when you are Amy Winehouse, and I think we all know at this point, this one is just never gonna learn. How much time do we give it before we hear about her next scuffle or drug induced drama?

Paris Hilton looks like she had a long night out, this is at 4:00am after Coachella.

Amy Winehouse pulls up outside McDonalds in London with her God-daughter. She seems quite worse for wear and offers to buy the videographer a cheeseburger. She asks to see a bystanders jewelry and promises she won’t steal it. She also hugs and kisses fans waiting beside her car.

Geri Halliwell is finding plenty to do in her spare time now that the Spice Girl reunion thing is over. Geri’s new career choice of late is to author children’s books. Geri was seen at a release party for her first book, ‘Ugenia Lavender’ which took place at the London Zoo this weekend. She even held a tea party for the kiddies afterward. In a press conference about the book, Geri says that she wants her book to help others discover the ‘joy of reading’. And oh yes, she says, I’m really the author, I really really am!

“I’d love it if the average person who doesn’t necessarily buy books could discover the delights of discovering a good story. I know there is prejudice against celebrity authors but if you read my stories you’ll know they’re not ghost written – only I could be that bonkers!”

Ah yes, only Geri COULD be that bonkers. I don’t know what’s more bonkers though. Geri Halliwell promoting children’s literacy, or Geri Halliwell trying to convince the rest of us that she’s an author.
