Don’t know who this new one is, we’ll call her ummm, NOT Lauren Conrad, and NOT Cora Skinner, shall we? This star from ‘The Hills’ was spotted hanging all over this new girl and all her leggy glory as they were spotted dining in Beverly Hills, CA just recently. Go figure. She looks smart, though, doesn’t she?
