Here is America’s favorite troubled pop star Britney Spears looking anything but troubled. Britney was spotted the other day all smiles as she was leaving from her regular Bally’s Gym regime. She was spotted all smiles just the day after she appeared in court and was granted more visitation rights with her children. And this happy face on Britney is one that should last some time, as she is making grand steps to ensure her life is back on track, particularly where her children are concerned. It looks like Britney is playing the real estate game again, and this time, it’s to get closer to her kids. Currently she’s living in a rented mansion in a gated community with her dad, but she is looking to settle down a bit more firmly. She’s recently toured a $5.95 million dollar crib that includes spiral staircase, fountains, Jacuzzi, vaulted ceilings, and wine cellar. The neighborhood? Right around the corner from her ex K-Fed’s home so that she can be near her kids. It is hoped that she gets the 50/50 custody arrangement with her children, and with steps like these, she may just well get that at her next hearing.
