A while ago Lindsay Lohan stumbled upon a gold sheared mink coat worth $12,000 in the 1Oak club in New York, and since noone was around to claim it, she did. And yes, in this country that is still stealing. The girl who owned the coat went back and forth with the club that had held it for her, and chalked it up to a loss. That is, until one day she saw Lilo wearing it in a magazine. Yeah, that’s pretty dumb. If you are going to steal something, and are one of the most photographed people in Hollywood, you may want to keep the stolen goods at home. Just a thought. The owner of the coat, Masha Markova, had a fit and once all parties had been contacted, Lilo returned the coat, damaged, to its rightful owner. In most cases, that would be enough, but Masha is now suing Lilo for ‘taking the coat without permission’. Yes, a little odd since she’s gotten her coat back, probably just another cash cow looking to make bucks off a celebrity. Oh and yes, Masha is a college student as well, so you know, anything to make next weekends beer money I guess.
