Kristin Davis is the all-around good girl whose alter ego is Charlotte York in the ‘Sex and the City’ series. She’s known as everyone’s favorite Pollyanna who blushes during the girls’ many diner conversations regarding sex, men, and the activities of a single girls’ life. So it may come as quite the surprise to many of her fans that she’s known in her social circuit as an alcoholic. Kristin doesn’t just like her Cosmos on TV, she’s seemingly besieged by them every time she goes out. And oddly, she’s not even all that quiet about her alcoholism. She says that she never felt the need to hide it. When she’s been famous, she always made sure to stay sober for public events and on set, and what she did in her own time was her own business. She told ‘Heath’ Magazine that she’s glad she ‘never had to go to rehab publicly’. Not sure exactly what that means, has Kristen shadowed the doorstep of rehab in her private life? Who knows, but I have to say, she’s handling it the way most stars should, privately. And it’s great to finally see some stars say, you know what? It’s just none of your business!
