It’s funny when you hear about these things, everything just seems to sort of all make sense. Here is Justin Timberlake at the Los Angeles premiere of ‘The Love Guru’ held at the famous Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood. And it wasn’t long after this when Justin admitted to suffering from some mental health issues, specifically OCD and ADD. Justin has recently revealed that OCD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, affects many parts of his life, including specifics like making sure some of his objects are always lined up *just right*. He also says he is struggling with ADD, Attention Deficit Disorder and says living with the two disorders combined is extremely complicated. Oddly enough, it’s almost safe to say as much in Hollywood these days as fellow celebs such as Jessica Alba, David Beckham, and Cameron Diaz have all said they too are suffering from OCD, an anxiety disorder that is characterized by obsessive thoughts, compulsions, and rituals. ADD on the other hand has symptoms such as extreme distractibility and hyperactivity. Which may mean why he is such an excellent performer, but could you imagine living with compulsions AND distractions at the same time? Justin says one example of how it complicates his life is recently he had a fight with his girlfriend Jessica Biel when the contents of their fridge weren’t organized properly. I never would have imagined Justin with fridge issues, but hey, this is what makes talking about their personal lives so interesting. And if Cameron Diaz too suffers from OCD it would explain a LOT about why they didn’t work out. Now you wanna throw Britney Spears into the mix, and yes, it does make sense all across the board, doesn’t it?

Yes, our girl Britney is back in town after spending some time with her sister in Louisiana following the birth of Jamie Lynn’s daughter. And while Britney was the victim of a paparazzi throng upon returning to LAX she was back to business almost immediately upon landing. Yesterday Britney attended a hearing with her ex husband Kevin Federline, a hearing that also saw the return of Britney’s first divorce lawyer Laura Wasser. Britney hasn’t had any overnight time with her children since her forced hospitalization in the looney bin at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and the result of the hearing was that Britney was granted overnight privileges with her boys. Britney’s parenting coach also attended the hearing, and made statements on Britney’s behalf apparently, and all reports were that Britney’s attendance was ‘business like’, a much different situation than days gone by. The judge seemed pleased with Britney’s progress, and was happy to grant her the access she was seeking. Full details of the hearing are forthcoming, as to when she will be able to resume the overnights, or what other matters transpired, but we do have legal proof now that Britney’s definitely on the upswing. A full custody trial will begin in August, unless the couple is able to settle their cases amicably out of court, however, with the way things are looking, Britney will definitely be on mama duty again very very soon.

And ah yes, if only I could report that the hotties from the Ocean’s series were preparing for the next Ocean’s flick, but this news is even more heartwarming. Long time friends and co-workers Bradd Pitt, George Clooney, and Matt Damon have come together again for a purpose that is much more serious than their Ocean’s films. These stars have all at one time been a winner of People’s Sexiest Man Alive titles, and they are using their fame to launch an advertising campaign for a worthy cause. Myanmar is a country with a ruling regime that has made access to the country difficult for agencies and relief workers wanting to provide aid and assistance since they were the target of last month’s cyclone Nargis. The ad campaign will be featuring your Sexiest Men Alive and is being sponsored by a group known as Not On Our Watch, which is headed up by the Ocean’s 11 boys as well as many other Hollywood A listers. On Wednesday, the group purchased a full page ad in the Indonesian/English language newspaper Jakarta Post speaking out to Burma’s neighbors to provide the power to help the victims of the cyclone. The ad was signed by former Philippine president Corazon Aquino, East Timorese President Jose Ramos-Horta, Archbiship Desmond Tutu, Nobel peace laureate Shirin Ebadi, and former Czech President Vaclav Havel. With these political figures, and Hollywood financing to back them, the Ocean’s gang are hoping to provide more aid to the country that was ravaged by a cyclone on May 2 and 3rd leaving over 137,000 people missing or dead. Kudos to the boys for stepping up once again!!

One of the many things that Paris Hilton is famous for is for her poor treatment of the scads of pooches she seems to need to keep around her. There was of course the story of Prada, a pup that she forgot to pick up from the vet after she sent her in to get ‘fixed’ and there’s always more gossip on her 15 or 17 pups that she keeps around, illegally, as little accessories. Recently Paris created a stir when a Melrose Avenue pet store refused to let her borrow a Yorkie puppy that she wanted as an accessory for a photo shoot. And apparently Paris lost it, I believe the term ‘ballistic’ was used. She claims that never happened, said she didn’t even have a photo shoot ‘that day’, yet, oddly she remembers ‘that day’ in the sense that she knew exactly what the Melrose store was talking about. She says she loves all her animals and treats them as if they were her children. I am not too sure what she means by that since she’s never really understood what having children is like, but you know….Paris is Paris. But she was upset that people were ‘inventing stories’ about her, given that on her new reality show she included some scenes that make a point of spreading the word about how animals in shelters need loving owners. Whether the story about the Melrose store is true or not, who knows, but she does bring this on herself. Perhaps people would stop ‘inventing stories’ about her using animals as accessories when she stops naming them Prada, do you think?
