Lilo Celebrates Her Birthday With Samantha Ronson

Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 22nd birthday last Wednesday, and whooped it up Lindsay Lohan style at the hip Beverly Hills restaurant La Scala. A big soiree for Lindsay with all of her nearest and dearest by her side was the scene on Wednesday night, and Lilo even brought a date. Yes, Samantha Ronson as the two are doing next to nothing to hide their glowing romance. Before the dinner, the happy couple spent the day in Los Angeles shopping and vegging, and they even stopped in at the exclusive jeweler Cartier. Hm, could it be a love bracelet as Lindsay’s big birthday pressie? Reports are that the two are playing house and enjoying each other immensely. The evening of the party Samantha never left Lilo’s side, and there was some hand holding, and cutesy giggling and things that couples do when they are in public. But they were sure not to have TOO much PDA, though Samantha never left Lilo for a second, and was seen several times with her hand doing the protective ‘on the back’ thing, symbolic of who wears the pants in the relationship. Dina Lohan, Lilo’s mom, was on site for the festivities of her b-day baby, so I guess she can’t deny the rumors anymore, huh?
