Is There a Secret Proposal On Tap For the Jen-Johns?

John Mayer was seen here sporting a new buzzcut as he shops at Fred Segal in Santa Monica the other day. Gotta say, I DO like this look! And I do have a hunch about this coupley thing that’s going on, as you know how it is when celebs say ‘we’re thinking of (insert life changing event such as having a baby or getting married here)’. Usually when celebs publicly say they are thinking of something, we get news that that has actually happened. So when it came out that Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were ‘thinking of’ a trial marriage, it sounded like it was just a public statement to avoid any shock attack when it actually happens. And look how fast it has turned around. Reports now are that an engagement is very close on the horizon, very close in the Fall meaning September kind of way. Sources are saying that when Jennifer Aniston promotes her new movie ‘Management’ this September, she will be flashing a heavy diamond engagement ring while flashing her gorgeous smile on the red carpet. We all know that Jennifer has been more public with John than she has been with any other man, besides the Pittlet, but the two have been inseparable. An engagement at this point is fully expected, but when, not sure. And when they will actually tie the knot? Sounds like it will be sometime before Jennifer turns 40, which is February. So…my bets are on an engagement announcement within the month with a Christmas wedding. Ah, ain’t love grand?
