Matthew McConaughey Settles Into Fatherhood With Charm

Matthew McConaughey is seen here performing one of his favorite activities in a surfs up kind of way as he attends the wrap party for his latest movie ‘Surfer Dude’. Matthew brought his girlfriend and baby mama Camilla Alves to the party and they both had fun while she relaxed and enjoyed herself, as Matthew paraded his very cute and very shirtless body around the beach. Matthew is still on a baby high after the recent birth of his son Levi, and any time he talks about it you can just hear the love and excitement in his voice. He is one proud Daddy and even though the process of getting Levi here took a total of 60 hours of labor for poor Camilla, Matthew is even grateful for that experience. He describes it as a ‘great journey for both of us…the best dance we’ve ever had’. Mind you, for a woman who spent 60 hrs in labor, we haven’t heard much from Camilla, so my guess is her experience may be a little less warm and fuzzy for MOST of that haul. However, the two may have the biggest beaming smiles in all of Hollywood’s new parents, and it’s kind of cute to see them all so happy. They can’t wait to get Levi involved in their active life, and these are not parents you will see closeting newborns behind closed doors for fear of ‘catching anything’. Levi has already attended his first concert, John Cougar Mellancamp, with dad. And Matthew says he can’t wait to teach Levi how to surf. Most would think there’s still some time for that, but Camilla says if Matthew has his way, surfing lessons will begin shortly after Levi’s first steps. So cute!
