Princess Matilda Ledger is seen here dressed as a princess and strolling on a drizzly rainy New York City morning with her nannies. Matilda is the wee daughter of Michelle Williams and the late Heath Ledger who died last January 22nd as a result of an accidental overdose of prescription medication. And since Heath’s death, a big to do has occurred over whether or not Matilda would inherit any of Heath’s estate. This happens quite frequently when parents do not change their wills, and Anna Nicole’s children went through the same thing. But since this rainy day, a closed court ruled that the two year old princess would become the legal heir to Heath’s estate now valued at $20 million dollars. But that’s not all for Matilda. There is also a legal issue regarding an insurance policy that Heath had for $10 million dollars and Heath’s lawyer is suing the insurance company for death claims that have been unpaid, where Matilda is the sole beneficiary. Heath’s lawyer claims that the company is trying to avoid paying the claim but the insurance company, Relia Star has their own story. They claim that Heath lied on his insurance paperwork, and that they are still considering his death a suicide. The lawyer retorts back saying that no, if Relia Star had issues with Heath’s credibility, that would have had to have been investigated BEFORE his death, and that further, Heath’s death has been completely investigated and there is absolutely NO evidence or declaration of a suicide. But the lawyer doesn’t want to drag it out saying the suit could take YEARS to resolve, as Relia Star will be taking depositions from just about everyone they can in order to prolong the process. My thoughts on that? Well, you know the lawyer is in a rush to collect his contingency, but that’s about the only 9-1-1 I see here. She’s 2. She JUST inherited $20 million. And Mom isn’t exactly collecting welfare to support her. If it takes some time, so be it. She’s 2.

Sophia Bush is one of those style icons in Hollywood that is always been spotted at this or that major fashion event. She has been called a trendsetter, and a woman to look up to if you want to be seen wearing the right things. She never looks bad. But as you can see here, gone are her whittled waist days of One Tree Hill, as this short skirt is not doing much for her figure, it looks like as she’s grown up, the metabolism has slowed down a little bit. Hm. But she recently talked to Health magazine about the weight situation, hers specifically, and I am wondering where she is coming from.

It’s weird: In our business, I’m a size 2 and considered curvy. It’s important to remind young women, ‘Listen, even skinny girls have cellulite, even Halle Berry has cellulite, and what you see in photos isn’t totally real.’

What EXACTLY is a size 2 these days? First Jennifer Love was claiming that size, and now Sophia Bush? I ummmm just don’t think so. And while I believe most of what we see in the photos isn’t real, I still shake my head. Mind you, I appreciate her message, hello people the Hollywood ideal is not IDEAL. It’s simply not healthy. And while she loves to look great, she has no great aspirations to be rated alongside Jessica Alba or to appear on any ‘Hot 100’ lists anytime soon. But she watches her weight because she’s only 5’4” and so when she gains 5 pounds, it looks like more than it would on most. So, with her tiny frame maybe she IS a size 2, but still shaking a head on that one. Her point is that yes, even skinny girls have cellulite, but it’s not about THAT. It’s about being healthy. And there is nothing wrong with that at all.

Sean Penn and Madonna are just two of those people that will always just have a connection no matter where their lives take them. Yes, they had a hot and heavy roller coaster marriage thing going back in the day, and even today the two share intimate details with each other. Just recently, Sean got the urge to pop Madonna a text after he experienced his first gay kiss. But no, Sean isn’t gay. He had to kiss his co-star James Franco in his new movie ‘Milk’ and he wanted Madonna to hear ALL about it. Of course, Madonna has plenty of experience there, just ask Britney Spears or Christina Aguilera, so I guess he thought he would bond with her over yet another shared experience. But Sean didn’t want anyone to know about his texty text as it was co-star James that revealed it after seeing the text to Madonna that said:

I just popped my cherry kissing a guy. I thought of you. I don’t know why

Awww….Sean still thinks of Madonna, even when he is kissing MEN. Weird! As for his role in ‘Milk’ it sounds like it’s a pretty racy one. With another co-star, Mark Martinez, Sean has to get hot and heavy there as well. Mark plays a cross-dressing disco singer in the film, and said the kiss between them seemed to last ‘forever’.

I’m performing, and Sean comes onto the dance floor. He grabs me, and he just slaps the biggest kiss on me. It felt like the kiss was forever. I’m like, ‘Is he going to stop?’ I had to close my eyes, I just couldn’t believe it!”

Huh. So Sean is enjoying these new experiences it seems one after the other. Interesting. But not in the least surprising.

Yes, life is rough when you are one of the pretty people, as Scarlett Johansson is seen here being flanked by both Dolce and Gabbana earlier this year at the elite Metropolitan Museum’s Costume Institute Gala, an event often referred to as the Oscars of fashion. And this event in April occurred only days after Scarlett announced an engagement with long time boyfriend, Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds. Being a heavy Barack Obama supporter, there was much talk that Scarlett wanted to wait until after the elections in November to tie the knot with Ryan, but it sounds like Ryan may have convinced her otherwise. Scarlett and Ryan made their commitment official, and permanent in the ‘till death do us part’ way by getting married in a secret and intimate wedding this weekend. The couple got married in Vancouver, Ryan’s home town, at a wilderness resort on Saturday. And it was one of the more intimate celebrity weddings with only immediate family in attendance. It’s nice to see that this wasn’t going to be one of those prolonged engagements that extend to the point where you really wonder if it’s ever going to happen, because once she made the comment about the elections taking precedence, I had my doubts about these two. But they are happier than ever, as they should be, and we wish them nothing but the best. Many congrats out to Scarlett and Ryan!

Heather Locklear is seen here trying to escape the paps recently as she was dining at the Ivy. It still amazes me that this is a woman who still gets thronged by the media these days, but more power to her I guess. And if she thought she could fly under the radar a little bit after a recent stint in rehab, she was wrong. Heather has been out of her Arizona treatment facility for two months now after being treated for depression and anxiety issues, and she’s made headlines this weekend after being busted for a DUI. Saturday night Heather was in police custody after being pulled over by a California Highway Patrol cop in Santa Barbara after a resident called her in for driving erratically. Her car was actually parked on the state highway and was blocking a lane in Montecito, an upscale residential area about 90 miles north of Los Angeles. It is believed that she was alone in the vehicle but after talking with her on the highway, the officer believed that Heather was under the influence of ‘something’ but have made it clear that alcohol was not involved. She was immediately arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and taken to the station. There she was tested for both drugs and alcohol, and was booked for being under the influence of prescription medication. She then spent the night in jail and was released Sunday morning. Given that she has been struggling with depression and anxiety, my hunch would be that it would be those types of meds that she was under the influence of however time will tell. Ah well, don’t know what to think about this one, but as usual, time will tell.

Jennifer plays the role of a stalker in her appearance, and in this scene she gets into a scuffle with a police officer. Her character is Claire Harper, former roommate of Tina Fey`s character Liz Lemon, and Claire has an obsession with Alec Baldwin`s character Jack Donaghy. It will be interesting to see Jennifer come out as kind of a crazy person, but some sources are saying she is translating that role into real life as well. There are rumors swirling that Jennifer is not handling the John Mayer breakup that well after all, and that any signs that she has been are only public displays so that she can play off the persona that she is sooooo over him. But she has been partying pretty hard and trying to shake it off with alcohol, and even making some motions that she wants to get back together with him. It is reported that she has been calling him every day just to show him what he is missing, and that one night after a few too many glasses of wine, she did the drink and dial thing. Why she would need to show ANYONE what they are missing with her is beyond me, considering she IS Jennifer Aniston and globally known as a super hot, super brilliant, super all that kind of girl. But even the A listers have their insecurities I suppose. And, from the sounds of it, John has been extremely happy to hear from her and enjoys the daily contact. But he may not know that Jennifer`s friends believe she is still in love with him, and it sounds like he is wanting to maintain the `just friends“ thing. And he`s very concerned with her new party girl persona, and seems to be concerned about her from a friendly perspective and hopes she is able to get over that and soon. He has even said she is more appealing to him when she parties less, so….maybe if she really IS in love with him, she will get that less is more attitude and well…maybe there`s hope for the two. And maybe pigs will fly, who knows. I just hope she finds her happy place VERY soon and gets over the whole thing. She and John were NEVER one of my favourite couples.
