It’s always something with these Spears girls, and it sounds like Jamie Lynn can’t even breastfeed her daughter anymore without someone getting arrested over it. But yes, this Jamie Lynn story starts like any other, at Wal-Mart. Jamie Lynn and her fiancé Casey Aldridge were in Wal-Mart with their camera memory card and did the middle class thing of printing their pictures at the in-store kiosks. And, just like any other family, these two had regular old family pictures on the card that weren’t unlike anyone else’s family pictures. There were shots of Britney with her brand new niece, Jamie Lynn’s daughter, Maddie, and many hospital photos of the beautiful day of arrival of Maddie. Some pictures were taken of Jamie Lynn in her hospital bed, of Jamie Lynn in a negligee, of Jamie Lynn breastfeeding, and some solo shots of the real star of the family, Maddie. And you have to know that some smart punked Wal-Mart employee got a hold of the shots, and particularly enjoyed spreading the ones around of Jamie Lynn breastfeeding her daughter. Good grief! How sick and twisted do you have to be to make porn out of something as beautiful as that of ANYONE, never mind a celebrity. But Jamie Lynn seems to be taking the situation rather maturely, and this is indicative of her entire mothering style it sounds, as she is very much focused on staying out of the paparazzi’s eyes, and just being a good mom. An impressive attitude for a 17 year old I have to say, and definitely more impressive when said 17 year old has the Spears family name.

Lindsay Lohan is seen here as she attends a photo shoot in Hollywood Hills. Not sure if the photo spread is for K-Mart or some line of frump wear, but this is definitely a look that doesn’t work for her. At any rate, it sounds like she has finally stepped out of the closet for good, and I sense that her GF Samantha Ronson may have pushed her out of said closet. Last weekend following the plane crash involving Travis Barker and DJ AM Sam and Lindsay did a telephone interview on the radio show ‘Loveline’ to express their sympathies. Sam surprised the radio DJ, all of his listeners, and Lindsay as well I am thinking when she passed the phone off to Lindsay. Stryker, the host asked if that was Sam’s ‘lady friend’ to which Sam replied yes. When Lilo got on the phone, she was asked how long they’ve been together, and all Lindsay would divulge is that it was for ‘a very long time’. Now given that Lindsay was dating the uber gnarly snowboarder Riley Giles last November, we can make our guesses accordingly as to how long they have really been together. And from the sounds of it, they will be together for a while, in the ‘till death do us part’ kind of way if Samantha has her way. The couple are already said to be planning their wedding, but Sam wants it to happen soon *just in case* Lindsay changes her mind about her sexuality. Nothing like trust in true love, huh? Sam is well aware, probably more than we know, that Lindsay loves her sexuality and I believe the word ‘rampant’ was used. Sam isn’t sure if she is able to keep Lindsay satisfied and hopes that getting married will seal the deal on that worry. At the same time, Sam is apparently the ‘needy one’ of the two and this factor has turned into almost nut bar possessiveness which is causing friction with Lindsay’s friends. Sam wants to be with her 24/7 and is waaay possessive but it sounds like Lindsay is happy with it. If Sam is that worried about being with her so much, this too probably stems down to her insecurities about Lindsay, her sexuality, and the trust issues because as we all know, NOBODY is ever that possessive without some underlying issues. Ah well, will this love last? Only time can tell us that boys and girls…

We may have a little bit of a diva on our hands, though money gouging Heather Mills isn’t exactly who I have in mind at this point. Heather Mills is best known of course for her ugly ugly divorce between Beatle’s mogul Paul McCartney. And from the sounds of it, she didn’t quite get what she wanted in the divorce settlement as she has been scrounging for work in Hollywood. Of course she did her Dancing with the Stars stint, and has been working the rounds to hit other hot shows. Celebrity Apprentice was one start, but she was fired before she even made it on-screen thanks to high demands and princess like attitudes. The folks at Ugly Betty gave her a flat uh no, thanks but no thanks, and her next conquest was a guest star on Desperate Housewives. When Eva Longoria heard that, something akin to a hissy fit ensued, when Heather was *this close* to getting a go for it. The stars of Housewives it seems had a chance to discuss Heather’s potential role, and Eva I guess was 100% against it. She insisted, demanded rather, that Heather Mills be dropped from any consideration for a Housewives role but there doesn’t seem to be any specific reason for her hate-on. This has sparked some rumors that Eva is the biggest diva of all the Housewives and that she can be pretty harsh when it comes to messing with the ‘fold’ of women on the cast. Kinda funny, really. I can’t imagine anyone more Desperate, or perfect for a role on Housewives, as the women do like to poke and nudge each other whenever they can. However, whether we will see Heather Mills on Housewives remains to be seen, but I am thinking, uh no.

You would never guess that Shanna and Travis were ex-spouses this week as Shanna has worked quickly to act as a tremendous support aide to Travis Barker in his time of need. Upon hearing of the plane crash that killed four people, and seriously injured Travis Barker and DJ AM this past weekend, Shanna was devastated but pulled herself together to rush to Travis’s side at the burn unit in Georgia. I don’t know, I have always had a hunch about these two, they just can’t seem to stay apart, and disaster does have a tendency to bring people closer together. This tragedy may be something that sees a reunion of these two. Shanna has rushed to Travis’s side and is working hard to lift his spirits. Travis is not just dealing with the post-trauma of a plane crash, but also coping and struggling with the loss of one of his best friends, and personal assistant Chris Baker who died in the crash. Shanna describes Chris as a family member to them, and they are both torn about his death. But Shanna is working very hard to keep herself together for the sake of Travis, and for the sake of their family that includes two small children Landon who is 4 and Alabama who is 2. But Travis is not the only one that is getting rekindled support. DJ AM has been blessed with the good heart of ex-girlfriend Mandy Moore who has rushed to his side following the crash as well. Both of the men are still in critical but stable condition, and between the hands of the doctors and the good folks at the Joseph Still Burn Center in Augusta, and these two women with big hearts, it sounds like they are in very good hands.

Britney Spears is having some issues regarding a recent leak of an unfinished version of her new single ‘Womanizer’ from her new album. The pop star has been working record breaking hours in order to ensure her comeback album is nothing but a success, and so when an unpolished version of her single ‘Womanizer’ hit the Internet last week, she, and her producers worked double duty damage control. Her album is not expected to hit the stores until November, and the leak involved a song preview as well as a video on You Tube that included footage of her rehearsing in a Los Angeles studio. The record label has been working furiously to pull the content off the Internet, saying that her comeback will not be all that it can be if fans are listening to an unpolished version of ‘Womanizer’. At the same time, those close to Britney have other concerns, that if she keeps up with her current pace, a breakdown will be imminent. We have all watched Britney’s former fluffy figure whittle down dramatically, and in a relatively short period of time, and this is one issue that has friends concerned. They think she is losing weight too soon, too much, and too fast and that her health may be in jeopardy. They say that with her heavy hitting hours between the recording studio and the dance studio, that she is not taking care of herself the way that she should be. She has been putting in many hours in order to ensure a timely and hot release for her album ‘Circus’ and they think it may be too much too soon. If the pressure is not taken off her, and soon, they think she may experience a setback both physically, and mentally. With the heavy weight loss, and the extreme hours between the gym and the studio, many people are concerned she is just not ready for any of it. At the same time, it can be said that this hard work has been good for her, she made a huge sweep at the VMA’s, and by concentrating full time on work, she has little time to concentrate on the kinds of things that got her in trouble months ago. And well, she doesn’t exactly have full time mommy duty on her hands, and we know that has affected her, so maybe work is a good distraction for her. Who knows, time will tell, and all of this may be just speculation as a way to bring her down before she’s even come back up. What do you think? Is Britney about to aboard another trainwreck?
