Is the Holly and the Hef Story OVER?

Holly Madison of ‘Girls Next Door’ is seen here leaving the STK restaurant in West Hollywood just the other night after having dinner here with her ‘boyfriend’ Hugh Heffner and the rest of the cast from ‘Girls Next Door’. But something is amock here as rumors have been circulating that Holly has made an ‘official’ announcement that she and Hef are no longer an item. Holly lives with Hugh Hefner and the rest of the cast from ‘Girls Next Door’ in the infamous Playboy mansion, and made a slip the other night saying that she had no further ties with Hef outside of the reality TV show. The media had recently bombarded her and asked her if she could help get them into the famous Halloween party at the Playboy mansion, and she said she couldn’t because ‘I have no pull anymore. Hef and I aren’t together.’. Huh. Coulda just been a stunt to get the paps off her back, particularly since she has been seen with him as an item since. But she says she is staying at the house to continue filming obligations for ‘Girls Next Door’. About the split, she talks more of the show ‘The 6th season is going to be even better…we are still filming…we are having fun..’. Ok. And Hef’s thoughts? He refuses to fall into claims that the two have separated, but says ‘it’s all rumors…we just completed our 5th season and are working on the 6th….we are still together, but there may be some transitions….every season gets better.’ Does anyone else find it strange that when asked about their relationship they make more references to the show than anything else? Hm. Well, they never professed to be soulmates by any means, and perhaps this is just their way of proving theirs is a relationship of means and convenience. Convenient for Hef, and providing means for Holly. Uh huh.
