Kirsten Dunst Has a Stalker??
Kirsten Dunst is seen here keeping her head down as she leaves the Bardot Club in West Hollywood. And she may just be keeping her head down to avoid any possibility of running into her stalker, as it seems that she does have one. Is it just me, or does anyone else find that a little STRANGE that someone would want to worship Kirsten in a creepy way…oh well, when you put it like that, it does make sense kind of.
At any rate, Kirsten has been dealing with a stalker for some time now, and the stalker has been identified so she is able to actually do something about it. Kirsten was just awarded a restraining order against her stalker as he repeatedly tried to break into her home. The stalker is known as Christopher Smith, and he was caught on her property one night and arrested for trespassing. And this wasn’t the first time. Kristen told the judge that she was afraid of him, and also said:
Given this sudden, aggressive, and harassing behavior, I am quite frightened of Mr. Smith and feel that my personal safety, and the personal safety of those around me, is in jeopardy.
This was the fifth time Smith had attempted to get into her home, and he was stopped this time by Kirsten’s personal assistant who then made a citizen’s arrest and kept him until the police could arrive. Smith knows what he did was ‘bad’ and he hopes to get off with a warning, but does anyone else believe this will be the end? Probably not. No, especially since he claims to be in love with her and thinks he has a spiritual connection with her. Kirsten of course never wants to be contacted by him again, which may happen with the restraining order. Even better for her is the fact that he will be under psychiatric eval for the next 72 hours. Hm. Gotta be scary for Kirsten! Hopefully this will be the last of this nasty situation.
