Balthazar Getty the Bad Boy?

Balthazar Getty is quite prominent in his own right, being the heir to the Getty Oil fortune, and yes, he’s been here there and everywhere with the odd acting gig that has kept him at a nice steady B-list status for a few years now. But it was not until he started canoodling with fashion designer Sienna Miller while still being a husband and father to 4 children that he became quite the headline and household name. Yes, Balthazar may play a big fat cheater on T.V., he is also one in real life. And though his girlfriend Sienna Miller has taken the brunt of the whole ‘homewrecker’ situation, he’s taken a bit of heat himself, and rightfully so. Just ask the folks that work with him and have to deal with him every day on the set of his current job ‘Brothers and Sisters’. It sounds like Balthazar was quite the well liked man until his ethics were brought into question in a very public manner. In fact, reports are that he has no friends at all on the set of ‘Brothers and Sisters’ and he is not being labelled as just a big fat cheater, but also a very difficult guy to be around. In fact, he is so difficult to be around that everyone on the set can’t stand him. He apparently behaves unprofessionally during shoots by forgetting his lines, and it has been said that he has even brought one cast member to tears at some point, though who, we are not really sure. He’s pulling some diva behaviour as well, by forcing everyone to move meetings and shooting schedules around simply to accommodate him, and when people don’t work the way he wants, he yells and becomes impatient. At one point he became so impatient he shouted ‘When are we going to shoot this?’. And oddly enough, his behaviour didn’t seem to even start until his relationship with his wife of 8 years, Rosetta, began to crumble, and his relationship with Sienna Miller, began to flourish. And of course this was right around the time that his cast mates and co-stars began to can’t stand him. It could be possible that Balthazar really is a diva in the making, or it could be possible that the stress and strain of all of his shenanigans and his marriage crumbling just forcing him to finally crack. Who knows. But even if those are the reasons for his behaviour, it is still no excuse, and as such, he had better start toeing the line according to his co-stars. And what is going on with Sienna and he? Who knows….but I have my thoughts, and they aren’t very nice ones.
