He is officially under investigation for alleged domestic violence felony battery, says the LAPD but his victim, has not been identified. The LAPD have said that ‘Any victim who’s involved in a domestic violence incident is entitled to confidentiality.’ So is it just a coincidence that Rihanna has suddenly dropped off the planet?
