What is it about Tori Spelling and this fascination America has with her? It’s somewhat boggling considering she is only just a wannabe heiress at this point, and her other 15 minutes of fame were over about 15 years ago. But here she is creating a stir and a headline no less as she and her husband make it to the three year mark. This of course is something for any couple to celebrate, and in Hollywood any couple that lasts longer than 6 months should get their own parade or something at this point. But honestly, this is so gagworthy it is almost futile to write about, but yet so many people want to know. Here Tori and her hubby Dean McDermott are enjoying their third anniversary at the infamous Mr. Chow eatery. The coupler were celebrating year number three together, 3 years that has blessed them with two beautiful children. And despite the fact that Tori has been either pregnant or a new mommy for most of those three years, she still has suddenly found herself back on the scary skinny list. We know that Tori was quite famous for being the too skinny girl on the former 90210, and so perhaps she has schooled herself in eating disorders once again for her 15 minutes of comeback in the new 90210 this year. That IS what she’s known for, so perhaps she’s falling back into her old ways to get her old fame back. At any rate, here she is in all her bony glory with her husband of three years. And for the anniversary Tori felt it necessary to spew to anybody that cares that she gets a ring every year for her anniversary gift. Not just any ring mind you, but a wedding ring every single year. This year she was presented with it on this evening at Mr. Chow, where Tori received an antique French band from hubby Dean. She told People how much she loves this tradition, and that every day when Dean slips the new ring on her finger, she remembers the day he made her his wife and blah blah blah. Tori’s new antique band boasts a round white diamond with a round yellow diamond right beside it, and the expression engraved “Toi et Moi” meaning “You and Me”. And what does she plan to do with all this anniversary bling? Pass them on to her children hoping they become family heirlooms. That will be quite the collection for her bambinos Liam who is 2 and Stella who is 11 months if their mommy and daddy go the distance. And so, that is the update on Tori and Dean folks. Riveting.

For someone that spends SO much time in the public eye, you have got to give it to Lindsay Lohan for being as elusive as ever when it comes to keeping us wondering. And here we thought that Jennifer Aniston was the one that was the most elusive, but Lilo certainly is coming in a close second here. We know that her and Sam have had an on again off again thing, and by all records, we thought they were OFF and for good. So why then are we seeing her here at 6:30 in the morning trying to make a discrete getaway from Samantha Ronson’s house? It can’t be because they were having an early morning meeting discussing the end of their relationship, so it looks like some tete a tete between these two is ongoing. After Lindsay made her sweet escape, with fly shades and huge scarf disguise in tow, her driver took her immediately to the airport. Following this, Samantha was seen running out of the house and locking up the gate before she headed in a separate car to the airport. So even though these two are trying to keep things discrete by doing so at ungodly hours in the morning, doesn’t look like they are being too successful. And as to where these on again lovebirds were heading? The answer seems to be the UK, London specifically, because it seems that celebs have oodles more privacy there and Lindsay is tired of the paparazzi circus. This is interesting and sheds some light on the fact that maybe she’s not hyping up her own publicity around here. Orrrrr…… she and Samantha just want some place private to hide while they keep doing the coupley thing after their “official” breakup. Lindsay says London is an ideal choice for her because in London apparently, they aren’t as judgemental as us nosy Americans. She also finds the fashion and music industry very appealing there, and one can not begrudge her on that point.

“I want to be on my own for a while. I need to care about myself now. I didn’t get into this business to be a celebrity. I’ve been a target for a long time.”

And as far as the ever pressing concerns on her weight, Lindsay says that she isn’t having any body issues right now, that she’s not starving herself and she’s happy with how she looks. She says it doesn’t seem to matter what she looks like, she will be criticized anyway, so she is just sticking with what she wants and to heck with the rest of us. She feels that her personal life is far too much under the microscope and just wants a little me time and hence the jaunt across the pond. So we’ll see how this one turns out, because my hunch is, within a few weeks, months, whatever, of her landing in London, their daily wires are going to be JAMMED with news of yet another hostile split between this not so subtle couple.

Well you have to know that once you get the coveted “Sexiest Man Alive” title that life in the public eye is going to get a little complicated for you. And as it turns out there seems to be a little bit of Pitt Effect and Clooney Effect making waves over the New York part of our world. Here is the Pitt Effect in full force as he shoots a commercial for a Japanese cell phone company in Manhattan. The ad was a cute little spot featuring the Softbank company with Brad “holding up” a Sumo wrestler. Well, that will be a fun one to see when that finally comes out. But as far as coming out, Brad seems to be creating a little stir at his current hometown of Long Island, and all the ladies are in waiting as they’ve been hit by the Pitt virus for those whose children attend the same school that the Pittlet clan does. In Oyster Bay, the folks there are posh but casual, driving their customized Beamers full of snooty children to school in their alligator shirts and Gucci loafers. Ever since the Pitt kids have been attending the same school, the playground mommies seemed to have spruced themselves up a little bit, hoping to catch an eye of this sexiest man alive. Gone are the days of sweat pants and flats seen on the school yard playground at drop off time, and instead the Oyster Bay mommies are showing up at school in high heels, designer jeans, and full blown beauty regimes. EVERYONE is dolled up says an insider at the school as every day the moms rush to their car pool duties hoping to catch a glimpse of this sexy man. And, this is all so comical to me, because I just don’t see either Brad or Angelina doing the school drop off thing, or is it just me? But word is that yes, Brad boy is playing Mr. Mom while Angelina works on her newest work “Salt” in Long Island. He is even reported to coming into Shiloh’s class and reading stories to the children. My my, I have to say even I would put on a pair of heels for that one. It’s all a part of the Pitt family trying to make life as normal as possible for their kids, and I think the effort is very sweet actually. But how normal is it for a child when all of their friends parents are trying to catch a glimpse of the Sexiest Man Alive? In other Ocean’s news, seems like George Clooney is undergoing a little bit of the same hysteria. He’s trying to keep things low pro in Bayville, NY and was meeting at a place called the Breakers restaurant to have lunch with a friend. The scene got a little high pitched when some women spotted him, and all he remembers of the experience is “women screaming”. Poor George, and poor Brad. Gotta wonder though how much sympathy they really need, huh? Such is the life when you are granted the coveted title of Sexiest Man Alive at one point in your career, that just never seems to go away. And I kind of have a hunch that if you asked Brad or George, they wouldn’t really want it to anyway.

Paris Hilton is seen here attending a business meeting at the William Morris Talent Agency, and despite her super short skirt lengths, it appears that she is attired well for a business meeting. And though Paris’s look has received some heat quite a bit over the years, one can’t help but acknowledge the fact that she has a tendency to bring it on herself….do ya think? But she says she prefers the low profile approach and tries to mix up her look when she is out in public to do just that. Recently she was mixing it up by wearing an odd assortment of wigs when she was vacationing in London with her boyfriend The Hills star Doug Reinhardt. She and Doug were not too pleased about the throng of media they kept getting badgered by when they were in London and so she felt it necessary to go with wigs for her chosen disguise. She and Doug were shopping at Harrods, a very elite department store in London, and she had to buy a wig from the salon there in order to disguise herself. And she says, “as usual” that didn’t work out so well. What does that mean, that she wigs are not a new gig for her? Who knows, but when you are Paris Hilton, going under disguise requires a little more than a wig one would think, but if you had a few brain cells to rub together, you might realize that. One also may want to dispose of the signature fly glasses that she seems incensed on wearing at all times, and if nothing else, are Paris spotters from miles away. I’d also suggest going with a wig that ISN’T blonde, but again, that’s just me and my silly old common sense talking. And if you are thinking that the rumors about her and Dougy are on the rocks is a good thing, think again as she is doing anything she can to dispel those rumors. She and Doug have actually been spotted looking at houses together, a natural move considering they’ve been together for four months, but what can one say about that but that…Paris is Paris. She says he is perfect for her, and that with her “need” to travel, his lifestyle complements that perfectly, so she is very lucky. She is also wanting the “whole romantic thing” and expects that they will be getting married “someday soon”. Funny, didn’t we hear that about her last boyfriend, that’s right. But she IS lucky. Yes, very lucky that it’s always about her, and so long as any man can keep up, Paris is happy. Well, you know, that’s right…Paris is Paris.

Paula Abdul is seen here having an excellent night out where she played it up to her fans after dining out at the trendy West Hollywood locale called Koi. And despite the fact that we ALL know about her co-judge Simon Cowell’s well known dislike on headgear, Paula is enjoying a fun and relaxing night posing with fans and exiting the restaurant with a lovely rose in her hand. But we all know Paula, and I don’t think she would be what she was today if she wasn’t seen wearing a quirky hat once in a while, and she is one of the few stars that can actually pull it off when she is in the mood to do so. And speaking of hats, we have to give our hats off to Paula as she has recently and bravely come out publicly with the fact that she once struggled with an addiction to pain killers. This has been quite a surprise for many of her fans, but Paula is hoping that maybe she can help someone else by making this issue public. She recently spoke candidly with Ladies Home Journal magazine about her former addiction, saying that she could have killed herself if she had kept it up. She described withdrawal as one of the worst things that could ever happen to a person, and says she does not want to have that experience again any time soon. It may come as a surprise to you that last year Paula spent some time at the La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California to help kick her painkiller addiction.

“I was freezing cold, then sweating hot, then chattering and in so much pain, it was excruciating. But at my very core, I did not like existing the way I had been.”

Paula’s addiction to pain killers started many many years ago when she was a dancer, and incurred both a neck injury and a back injury. The back problems started when she was 17 and working her magic that catapaulted her to fame. The neck injury came during a plane crash she endured in 1993, and with nonstop work, pain pills were the only thing that kept her going. As a result of her injuries, Paula has been diagnosed with reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome, a chronic condition that causes debilitating pain and she had to wear pain patches, nerve medication, and the odd muscle relaxant. 15 surgeries later, along with the help of some yoga and spiritual workshops, she says she is “96% better” and is feeling much more comfortable after this lengthy battle with pain pills. And if you are curious about how she truly feels about her co-star Simon? They have the exact kind of relationship that they make it look like, a love hate thing. She describes Simon as the brother she never had….or wanted and that they get along great at times, and not so much at others. At any rate, her ‘brother’ Simon may find a soft moment for her as she celebrates this victory over pain pills, and is about to release her new single “I’m Just (Here for the Music)”. Our hats go off to Paula Abdul for once again showing that even through life’s challenges, one can still be an inspiration to others. We wish her nothing but success as she continues the good fight.

Pink Bisexual

Hard to say what the truth is here, but then again we are discussing celebrity gossip so you have to know this is at least half true. It appears that the latest news flash is that hot pop singer Pink is half straight and half not so much. In other news, grass remains green in most parts of the world and Twinkies are still yellow. Sometimes. I don’t think this is any big reveal, but the News of the World thinks Pink has “come out” as bisexual. “I’m not embarrassed about being bisexual,” she told the U.K. paper. “This is who I am.” That’s the first ‘real news’ on this topic that surprises nobody. She actually refers to bisexuality as the current trend in Hollywood, which is yet, no surprise to anyone either. We all know that the person that inspired this trend is well, single now so we won’t harp on her too much, but if you are confused about who this “trendsetter” might be, her names rhymes with Schmindsay. But Pink says she doesn’t believe in trends, and that she is just being me, and just being true to herself. So what is the deal with her recent reunion then you may not be able to help but wonder. Even though she’s back with her husband Carey Hart after separating last year, it could just as easily have been Carrie Fisher. “I would also be just as happy with a new woman,” she says. And she might just get one. Pink and Carey have an open marriage, someone who worked with Pink tells the Chicago Sun Times. Yes, it’s been a big day for updates on Pink’s sex life! Are we ready to push the too much information buzzer yet? Getting close. If you are thinking that the open marriage issue definitely raises more questions than it answers, then well, yeah you’re right, but we are talking about bisexuality here, no? Although she’s come out according to the News, Pink has spoken about girl crushin’ forever. She was photographed kissing Terminator 3 star Kristanna Loken in 2003 while on a break from boyfriend Carey. That cyborg is now off the market, having married model and that Canadian boy Noah Danby last year. And on that kiss, Pink offers some revealing thoughts:

“It’s not the first time I’ve kissed a girl. But I would say it’s one of the nicest kisses I’ve had from a man or a woman.”

Who knew that sloppy bar makeouts could be so magical? And now that the bisexual non-confirmation has been spilled, Pink is coming out yet again to banish the half truths. She tweeted on Twitter that the story was a 100% fabrication. What do you think?
