Here is one girl that never stops looking fabulous no matter how much time passes, and it seems like another consistency of hers is that she never stops keeping us guessing. What is the real story behind her and John Mayer? Hard to say here, but my educated guess is that they are soooooo over and that people just enjoy spinning rumors about them because she hasn’t given us anything more interesting to talk about that’s real. But that’s Jennifer, she realllly likes her personal privacy and doesn’t give away too much too soon. But here she is seen leaving her trailer on the set of her latest movie “The Bounty” where she costars with hunk Gerard Butler. She is looking smashing, and happy and relaxed in a patterned maxi dress and flip flops, and a little bit of bling on her arm. Yes, this is the same watch that has been seen quite a bit lately, and she’s been wearing it almost constantly on set with Gerard. And the latest rumor, by our good friend Close Source, is that this watch is a Rolex that John Mayer gave her during their time together. This rumor continues by insinuating that with Jennifer wearing the watch again, the two are nearing another on again period.

“John gave Jennifer the Rolex when they were at the height of their romance in May 2008. Jennifer hardly took the watch off, but when they split she stopped wearing it. In recent weeks she’s started wearing it again to show John he’s still in her thoughts. She’s even been sending him flirty texts and emails.”

You have to know that Close Source must be running low on material if we are getting the same word that the flirty texts and emails keep coming and going. This is one relationship that has had more on again and off again bumps though, that one can never tell. Apparently John is an avid collector of Rolexes (my heart bleeds) and by her wearing his Rolex again, and being photographed with it, she is sending him a ‘sign’ that she is still in love with him. It’s apparently all part of her master plan. Close source added:

“Jennifer’s plan is obviously working - John is a keen Rolex collector and Jennifer knows how symbolic the gesture is to him. He’s been replying to her with racy pictures and emails. It’s only a matter of time before they officially announce they’re back together.”

Or maybe it’s just a matter of time before Jennifer finds a new watch. Maybe she just likes the watch, huh? Maybe there is no such thing as a master plan, and she just doesn’t want to waste a good Rolex. Just a thought.

Chris Brown is seen here in a suit that is too expensive for the average man, but suitable enough for him to arrive in court to hear his sentencing for assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna. And it sounds like the day has come that we’ve all been waiting for, though by all looks and accounts, many may have been disappointed with the results of his sentencing hearing. Yes, we were all hoping he’d get to exchange that suit for a coverall of sorts, and it doesn’t look like that is going to happen. A judge on Tuesday sentenced Chris Brown to five years’ probation, six months’ community labour for the beating of Rihanna and ordered the R&B singer to stay away from his former girlfriend for the next five years. Not the best sentence for those seeking justice for Rihanna, but at least he’s forced to leave her alone for a little bit. Because we all know how men with anger management problems are REALLY good at staying away from women that tried to ruin their careers. Even worse, Gibbons said Brown’s charge could eventually be reduced to a misdemeanour if he completes his sentence. And she did a pretty good job, as this will definitely stain his career for years to come, regardless of what the charges get reduced to.

As we all know, these charges stem from an attack the night before the Grammy Awards. The attack occurred in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park neighbourhood as Brown drove a rented sports car. A Los Angeles police detective described a brutal attack in a search warrant affidavit filed in the case, stating Brown hit, choked and bit Rihanna and tried at one point to push her from the car. Brown’s career suffered after his arrest, with sponsors dropping him and radio stations refusing to play his music. Both he and Rihanna had to cancel several high-profile appearances, including planned performances at the Grammy Awards the day after the attack. In a probation report released after the sentencing, Brown is quoted as saying he was “depressed” since the attack and that he “‘does not want to carry on that cycle.”‘ Poor baby. The report included letters of support for Brown from RCA/Jive Label Group Chairman Barry Weiss as well as an entertainment lawyer and a pastor. At this point, we can only hope that all parties move on with their lives, as it seems Rihanna’s career has never been better, and that is the biggest revenge of all. And we will hope and pray that Brown will follow his orders and leave her alone. As well as all of the rest of American women. Because you have to know, getting a date for him right now is probably more than a little tricky. And that in itself is fun to watch, seeing him suffer is making women smile all over America. As it should.

Jennifer Aniston is seen here with her most recent co-star, hunky hunk hunk Gerard Butler as they film a scene for their latest movie ‘The Bounty’ on the streets of New York. And it looks like it’s going to be a fun one! This movie is about a bounty hunger whose next target seems to be his own WIFE, and in this scene Butler and Aniston are seen pulling up to the curb in a car then Butler leads her into the police station in handcuffs. And since these two have been making headlines on more than just their movie, this good guys and bad guys scene leaves all KINDS of things to the imagination. As it seems these two have been spending a lot of time together off screen, almost as much as they have been spending on set as well. Things got a little handsy between Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler after dinner and drinks Saturday night, and it sounds like they are practicing their kissing scenes during their spare time. The news about extra-curricular kissing between Jennifer and Gerard is turning out to be a real thing. Who could have guessed? They continued their P.D.A.-athon with a hand-in-hand date Saturday night. They were seen having cocktails and holding hands at The Jane Hotel in Manhattan’s trendy Meatpacking District on Saturday. Earlier that night, they ate at “rustic American” restaurant Freemans. But this news should be of no surprise to any of us. The coupling up has been a long time coming. They first flirted at the Park Hyatt hotel at the Toronto International Film Festival last year, and while they did follow it up with a dinner, Jen wound up going back to John Mayer. Clearly there’s only so much advice Courteney can give. Now that Jen and Gerry are filming the action-comedy The Bounty together in NYC, it seems business and pleasure have been a good mix for them. Earlier this month, Gerard said he’d thought about dating Jen.

“I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t thought about it. But I’m having a great time just working with her.”

Three weeks later and Gerard is living the dream that every man in America won’t admit to having. These two could be really sweet together–taking strolls on the beach, doing tequila shots under the stars, Jen crying uncontrollably while Gerard beats up the paparazzi. Well, the last one wouldn’t be so adorable, but the rest would be. For the cynics, I am aware that Jen is on the cover of Us this week being cast as the bitter victim of Renée Zellweger’s man-inizing, and that this relationship’s reveal is suspiciously timely. But c’mon–cut the lady a break. At this point, even a fake relationship is encouraging. Aaron Carter has expressed interest. Don’t let it come to that.

Miley Cyrus is seen here on the set of her latest movie ‘The Last Song’ where she is filming a romantic scene with her co-star Liam Hemsworth. This new project of hers is a Disney film based on the Nicholas Sparks nove of the same name, and Miley and Liam have been very busy in Savanna, Georgia filming this eagerly anticipated work. But though she looks like a smiley Miley here, behind the scenes things are getting a little more serious, as it sounds like Miley has been having some problems with a stalker. Her stalker, 53 year old Mark McLeod, has already been charged, but it sounds like he’s getting a little nuttier as time passes. He recently told an investigator on the case that he planned on returning to her Georgia movie set and “finishing things,” according to what Miley’s bodyguard told a judge just the other day. He didn’t really clarify what ‘finishing things’ meant, but because it sounds like crazy talk, people around her are a little worried. As such, municipal Court Judge Steven Scheer refused a request to lower Mark McLeod’s $55,200 bond and ruled there was sufficient evidence to send the case to Chatham County State Court. Scheer said he felt McLeod had no chance of getting to the 16-year-old “Hannah Montana” star because she “can afford the best protection money can buy,” but he feared McLeod might be a threat to others. While Miley has been busy filming “The Last Song” on Tybee Island and in neighbouring Savannah. Police say McLeod came to the island twice, once in June, then again this month asking where he could find her. As the story goes, Robert Merriman, a former Savannah-Chatham County police detective hired by Walt Disney Pictures to protect Cyrus, testified that McLeod made a taped statement to a sheriff’s investigator in Columbia County, where he was arrested at his home Aug. 4.

“He said that he knew the filming was going to be ending soon and he was going to be coming back to Tybee Island and finishing things,” said Merriman, who told the judge that he interpreted the comment as a threat.

James Byrne, McLeod’s defence attorney, said McLeod is an unemployed assistant plumber and will likely remain in jail because he cannot afford bond. All charges against him are misdemeanours.

“He’s been kind of painted as this monster, but he’s got a family. He’s not a danger. What he said I understand was unsettling to a lot of folks … but it doesn’t make him a stalker.”

Uh, how do you figure? Because the term ‘finishing things’ is more than a little unsettling, it’s the kind of things that stalkers say actually when they can’t get their own way. Add to the fact that police say McLeod told an officer he was engaged to marry Cyrus and she sent him secret messages through her TV show after his first arrest June 22 on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer. But that doesn’t make him a stalker either, I suppose. This first incident occurred when a Tybee Island police officer Javier Valdez said he arrested McLeod after approaching him about complaints that McLeod was bothering young girls gathered near the set. He testified that McLeod refused to leave and began cursing, prompting police to arrest and handcuff him. McLeod was released from jail and returned to Tybee Island earlier this month. Merriman said security officers saw him going door-to-door at homes near the film crew’s base camp asking residents where Cyrus was staying. He was arrested again, on attempted stalking charges, a few days later. Prosecutor Jennifer Guyer told the judge that McLeod had a previous arrest in 2003 on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor when he illegally transported a girl across the Georgia-South Carolina state line. Yep, this guy is a wingnut. And a stalker. But it sounds like the people that need to be are on top of it, but we’ll send happy safe vibes out to Miley all the same.

Brad Pitt is seen here looking every so..um…inglorious…at the New York premiere of The Time Travelers Wife held last week at the Ziegfield Theater in New York City. An interesting film of sorts, as Brad’s always tend to be, and is is a romantic drama about a Chicago librarian with a gene that causes him to involuntarily time travel, and the complications it creates for his marriage. And though he looks a little rough around the edges, don’t let this bad boy image fool you, as he is working very hard to clean up his act. How so you say? He’s decided that his pot smoking days are over. Yes, while our boy Brad Pitt played a pot smoker in 1993’s True Romance and admits life imitated art for him until just recently.”I certainly had my day,” Pitt, 45, told HBO’s Bill Maher in an interview Friday after the Real Time host called the actor’s role “one of the best stoner performances.” Maher — who was grilling the actor on his upcoming flick Inglorious Basterds — also recounted a New Year’s Eve party at which he says he witnessed Pitt rolling “the most perfect” joints he had ever seen. Brad’s cheeky response? “I’m an artist.” And though the thought of Brad rolling a joint may dismay you, he admits he kicked the habit for his six kids — Maddox, 7, Pax, 5, Zahara, 4, Shiloh, 3, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 1 — whom he has with partner Angelina Jolie.

“I’m a dad now. You want to be alert and my eyes used to glaze over when I did that,” he told Maher, saying that pot would get in the way of his work. “I liked to smoke a bit of grass at the time, and I became very sheltered. Then I got bored. I was turning into a damn doughnut, really. So I moved as far away from that as I could. I was done.”

He has a woman in his life, but not a wife, and says that there are more important things to think about. And though he is getting a lot of flack for not slipping a ring on her finger, he still stands by the fact that she is the love of his life, his soulmate even he says. While they’re still hot for each other after four years of dating — he calls their backyard pool “a great place for sex” — he says they still have no plans to wed. Yes, yes, that is definitely far too much information for some, but this is not a couple that is shy about…well….anything really. Having a family together is a bigger commitment than marriage, he says.

“It’s certainly more than the ball-and-chain that country songs sing about. Our family is the base that gives Angie and me the long tether to go out and do all these other things. It’s a big step we’ve taken. We’ve put down roots together. As Angie and I carve out our time as a couple, we carve out our lives as individuals.”

And so when he is not making blockbusters, he is enjoying spending his time between his homes in New Orleans and the South of France, where his youngest children were born. He says these two areas have the greatest value in terms of quality of life, and he is going to continue being a movie maker, and a family man for as long as he can. Without pot.

Here we are seeing two very good reasons why it is going to be that much more difficult to keep up with our favourite socialites. Yes, it seems that innocent little Kourtney Kardashian is going to be a mommy, and she is working very well here to hide her baby bump in a loose fitting over priced designer top as she leaves the CW studios in New York City. Which means of course that the major socialite, Kim Kardashian is about to be an aunty as well. And since the last we saw of the Kardashians, they were all breaking up with someone, this is a bit of a surprise to us all, isn’t it? E! Online was the first to report the story, and we heard all of the nauseating details from them through Kourtney.

“We were in the Everglades and I kept feeling nauseous and sick. I just kept thinking something wasn’t right. … I went to the doctor and he confirmed the news. I was just so shocked.”

She says the baby is due “right around Christmas time.” And Kourtney adds that her mother is “really excited”, but at first she didn’t say who the father was. But we can draw our own conclusions, as Kourtney, who was previously linked to Scott Disick, broke up with him right at the end of last season. But it seems that was not the end after all. The on-again, off-again couple reportedly broke up in January, but have been spotted spending time together since then. The two hung out in the Hamptons in July, where they enjoyed dinner and, according to a source, Disick introduced Kardashian as his girlfriend when a pal stopped by their table. As Kourtney Kardashian prepares for the Christmastime arrival of her first baby, more and more sources are confirming that Scott is her baby daddy. And even though she seems a little vain and materialistic on the show, her weight gain doesn’t seem to be affecting her vanity with mommy hood. So she says.

“I’m really embracing it. I feel like it’s such a beautiful thing, that every woman who goes though it, should embrace it. I think if you’re naturally skinny, and pregnant, and that’s how your body is, that’s fine.”

As much as she enjoys her new curves, Kourteney is doing what she can to maintain as healthy a diet as possible. And though next season of Keeping up with the Kardashians will certainly be an interesting one, we wish Kourteney and Scott all of the happiness in the mean time.

And here we have Amy Winehouse in all of her disheveled glory seen leaving her house and trying to pretend that she is avoiding the paparazzi. This is one of those girls that never seems to stop surprising us. Well, most of what she does or is accused of these days is of little surprise, but it’s always interesting if nothing else to see what she is stopping to next. And we’ve been talking a little bit about the final demise of her marriage with convict Blake Fielder Civil, but it seems the months we spent ranting about how disgusting their love was, there may actually be something to it. Despite her philandering ways, she doesn’t seem to be too interested in just leaving this mess behind her, and she has begged her estranged husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, to take her back and call off their divorce. During a recent emotional phone call, laced with crack and a raspy smokers cough, Amy reportedly begged him to call the whole thing off and give their couplehood another go says “Close Source”:

“Blake was absolutely stunned when Amy called. He couldn’t believe it. It has been such a long time and so much has happened. She told him she still loved him and missed him and wanted him back. She said to him, ‘Come home to me. Be with me.’ Amy asked him, ‘Do you love me?’ Blake told her, ‘I love you. You know I do’. Blake told her that if she can stay clear of the drugs there is a chance for them.”

What, are we supposed to believe this means that Blake is no longer using the Class B’s? Maybe. But what you choose to believe is your own business. The couple - who married in 2007 and were recently granted a decree nisi - have both been trying to get themselves clean of drugs and it seems to be working. Blake is still in rehab following his release from jail earlier this year while Amy recently returned to London from an eight-month break in St. Lucia. Blake is keen to rekindle their relationship as he knows they can no longer be a negative influence on each other’s lives if they both stay clean. His words on the situation?

“We’ve been talking for the first time in months. I love her as much as ever. I know she still loves me, even though we’re getting divorced. Maybe this time we can do everything properly and not mess it up. She is looking beautiful and healthy now and it reminds me of the old Amy. She has been wearing my engagement ring and it meant an awful lot. I did something wrong and went to prison. I got clean. Amy flew off somewhere hot, got clean. It was meant to be that way. We were pushing things to the extreme with our drug-taking and it could never have carried on that way. I want to take her out for dinner and propose again. I hope that within five minutes we’ll be planning where we’re next going to get married.”

Blake and Amy staying together is not something I am opposed to believing. Blake and Amy staying clean and staying together welllll……as Oprah would say, that’s another show.

Paris Hilton was spotted here at a special screening of MTV’s ‘Paris, Not France’ at Westwood’s Majestic Crest Theater the other night, and though there was no date spotted for the evening, she still keeps us wondering as to who her next victim will be. And it seems that her former beau Doug Reinhardt must really have a thing for her, as he just can’t seem to give up on her. No, he’s not stalking her house and hiding in bushes, or going postal with 8,000 daily text messages, he’s just buying an island for her. Or at least he’s renting one, seems he doesn’t quite have the bankroll to buy a whole island yet.Paris Hilton’s on/off boyfriend Doug Reinhardt hired Wadigi Island in Fiji in a bid to impress the blonde socialite and to prove how much he loves her. The hotel heiress - who reunited with ‘The Hills’ star two weeks ago following a two-month split - has just returned from a romantic trip with Doug to the “private and beautiful” Wadigi Island, which he rented in an attempt to rekindle their relationship. Doug wrote on his Twitter page: “Fiji is truly one of the most amazing places in the world. Wadigi Island in Fiji is the perfect romantic getaway so private and beautiful.” To which our Paris added: “Love Wadigi Island, had the most incredible stay. It is true paradise, so beautiful and private. It’s the perfect place to vacation.” The 28-year-old socialite was thrilled with Doug’s surprise and loves being spoiled with romantic gestures. Our good friend Close Source has noted:

“He has been so generous and sweet, and has really impressed her with his romantic ways. She loves being treated like a princess… she can feel how deeply in love he is with her, and she’s having a blast.”

Well yes, most women actually do enjoy being treated like a princess. And I love how it is noted that Paris observes how infatuated he is with her…but we don’t hear her gushing about how much she loves him back. She Twittered: “What a fantastic day! Found so many beautiful shells on the beach and the ocean was so clear and warm! I am having the time of my life!” So we know she loves the ISLAND….but she doesn’t say the same about Doug. And you know Paris, when she wants to have someone’s baby…she let’s us KNOW.
