Jessica Biel is seen here looking gorgeous, naturally, while she films scenes for her upcoming romantic comedy “Valentine’s Day”, and with recent headlines, one can only wonder how difficult this may have been for Jessica to film. Because it sounds like Justin Timberlake has moved on, or she has, or something, but more and more reports are confirming that this couple is no longer a go. As it stands now officially, even though they were seen together in Napa on Monday, two out of three gossip magazines agree: Justin and Jessica are done, and it sounds like Justin was the dumper in this case according to US Weekly. If this is true, then Britney Spears is gonna drop her menthol-flavoured Twinkie when she gets the new Us Weekly. The magazine claims Justin Timberlake dumped Jessica Biel a month ago. The preview was leaked by etalk on Tuesday. Jessica flew to L.A. to try to win him back, just like she flew to Park City, Utah, during one of their early dates to go skiing with him because he was there for Sundance. Even my doormat is like, “have some dignity, lady.” Justin and Jessica were first seen together at an after party for the Golden Globes in January 2007. Justin had broken up with his girlfriend of four years, Cameron Diaz, the month before jumping into things with Jessica. So after looking at it that way, we may have some hope, because Justin doesn’t really sound like much of a keepr anyway. Remember how Lindsay Lohan caught Justin cheating at a New York club, photographed him, and then uploaded it to her Twitter, asking, “Where’s JB, cheater?” And all those times he was linked to Kate Hudson? Something was not right with those two. Most recently, he’s been working with Rihanna on her new record, and while there haven’t been any credible reports of pop-superstar-on-pop-superstar action, that would certainly be an important step in Justin’s multi-level strategy towards bringing sexy back. Maybe Justin Timberlake did kick Jessica Biel to the curb. But if he did, he’s gone back to dig through the trash. While Us and Star agree that Justin’s seeing other people (with Star name-checking Rihanna–more on that Friday), as mentioned, the pop star was seen with his significant other in Napa, California, on Monday night. People magazine sources say they didn’t break up, but even the magazine’s roster of sources is giving conflicting information. One source says:

“They’re not breaking up. Any time they spend time apart it’s because they’re working.”

Work like, say, the Emmys, which Justin attended without accessorizing his coattails with Jessica Biel. Another source concedes to People that a breakup is one option on the table.

“Things have been a bit up in the air recently. They’ve been spending more time apart–more time with each of their friends, and they’ve been reevaluating [their relationship].”

So I’m going to guess that they’re “working it out,” as in Jessica is working on getting him back and Justin is working on getting out of it, and all this conflicting information is the publicists trying to spin it. Get in there Britney! Strike while he’s confused and vulnerable!

Yes, here is one that just came out of nowhere, makes it fun to gossip again when celebrities surprise the heck out of us. But this time we are talking about the ever so fabulous Katherine Heigl who has, not gossip, but a fantastic piece of news that is worth celebrating. And this gorgeous girl is seen here heading back to home after leaving her Grey’s Anatomy co-star, Ellen Pompeo’s baby shower. Heigl hosted the pre-birth party for Ellen at her own home, with Ellen expecting her first child, a little girl, any time this month. And though we weren’t aware, at the time of the shower, Katherine was well in the works of becoming a mom herself. Yes, Katherine and her husband Josh Kelley have just welcomed their newly adopted daughter, Naleigh, from South Korea. And though it is surprising news, its wonderful news and by all looks and accounts, Katherine and her new life seemed to have continued on just seamlessly. And she and her hubby couldn’t be MORE over the moon about it. Katherine says she knew that Naleigh was meant to be hers when she found out her birthday was just a day before hers.

“She was actually born the day before me in November, which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign,” Katherine said when announcing the news of her adoption on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last week.

Naleigh received her beautiful name from Katherine’s mother Nancy, and her sister Margaret Leigh, and ALL members of the family just couldn’t be more tickled. Says the gushing daddy:

“We adopted a baby from Korea, me and my girl, and she’s awesome, dude! This girl is the bomb! It’s like I have Gerber all over my knee, and it doesn’t even matter, I love it.”

At his show at Miami University, Kelley introduced a song he had just written about Naleigh, singing the lines, “Just to see you in mommy’s arms is all I need.”
Josh and Katherine have been working on the adoption for six months, and only just welcomed 10 month old special needs baby Naleigh into their home. And it sounds like they are the happiest parents in Hollywood. Welcome to Hollywood, Naleigh, and congratulations to Josh and Katherine!

Ah yes, those Kardashian girls sure are attention mongers, aren’t they? Seems they are always trying to beat each other out for attention from the media, wait no, it doesn’t SEEM that way. It IS that way. Here is Khloe Kardashian proving just that as she was spotted here about two weeks ago with her new boyfriend, Lamar Odom from the LA Lakers, and yes, this was big Kardashian news that Khloe had a boyfriend at all. So big in fact that it almost trumped her little sisters news that she was knocked up by her long time boyfriend. But just in case that didn’t steal Kourteney’s baby thunder, Khloe decided to step things up a notch with her man and is now officially engaged to her boyfriend of now a timeline of one month, Lamar Odom. If this is some disturbed, desperate ploy for attention, um, it totally worked. Neither have been married before, obviously, but Lamar, the 29-year-old forward for the Los Angeles Lakers, has three children from a previous relationship. So take that Kourtney Kardashian. You may be pregnant, but Khloe is going to be a mom of three. Who’s the world’s favourite Kardashian now? (Don’t worry, “none” is an acceptable answer.) But a friend stands by them saying,

“They are hoping to pull together a wedding within the next two weeks so they can get married and have time for a honeymoon. They want to get married before the basketball season starts. And before they get to know each other well enough to realize they’re making a horrible mistake. “

The fourth season of the sisters’ reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians just started filming. Any chance Khloe’s just desperate to manufacture a storyline that doesn’t revolve around, say, stashing cocaine in her purse? Wedding drama would certainly give the show a boost from the usual antics of, like, struggling to cope with a swear jar or whatever hammy things happen on that show. If they hurry, maybe they can even film a two-part season finale about the divorce, or one where the Kardashian sisters try dating men from any sport other than basketball. Riveting.

Lindsay Lohan is spotted here with her little sister Ali as they dine out at Taverna Tony’s in Malibu, and though this looks like happy times for Lilo, this does not seem to be indicative of the reality that is her life right now, as her drama mill seems to be working overtime. This time, she has been dealing with a break in at her home, and is being accused in other headlines of being a bad influence on her sister. But for now, Hollywood’s safe once again for talent-optional starlets. Someone has been arrested in connection to break-ins at both Lindsay Lohan and Hills star Audrina Patridge’s residences.
Nicholas Frank Prugo, 18, is being held on $20,000 bail in connection to the break-ins. Police are still looking for the other thieves, two women, who are seen in surveillance footage. One woman bears a striking resemblance to Lindsay, but her estranged father, Michael Lohan, explained that the woman was simply disguised as Lindsay. I know, I know, he really just shouldn’t talk. I’m so glad that the 23-year-old finally got some good news with this arrest, because as mentioned, the rest of the reports on her headlines aren’t so encouraging. For one, the actress denied she’s been committed to a mental institution, Mischa-styles. She tweeted,

“Hahahaha my publicist just called me and said she heard I was in a psych ward!!!! Hahaha WHAT IS WRONG with people???? I’m working lol BUT that’s one I’ve NEVER heard about myself before! New ones r always interesting huh?”

Yup, that tweet proves it. Totally sane. Another rumour making the rounds says Lindsay was booted from New York’s Bowery Hotel on Thursday, September 17. Hollyscoop reports that our fearsome freckled friend hurled a room-service tray at what she believed to be the door to girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s room (because that’s how Lohans show love). But it wasn’t Samantha’s room, and the freaked-out people inside complained hard enough to get Lindsay tossed like last season’s jeans. But Gossip Cop claims that Lindsay wasn’t even in New York on the 17th. She was in Austin, Texas, working–yes, working!–on her upcoming Robert Rodriguez film Machete. Samantha wasn’t in New York on that date either, the site reports. However, they were both in town on Thursday, September 10, for fashion week. Life & Style reports Lindsay and her sister Ali were kicked out of the Bowery at the beginning of fashion week for noise complaints, so maybe that’s the origin of this story. While in New York, Lindsay also managed to offend a host of other celebs. When she showed up to the G-Star fashion show on Tuesday, September 15, she didn’t like where she was seated. A source tells the New York Post’s Page Six that she started rearranging the place cards of stars like Juliette Lewis, Taylor Momsen, and Christian Siriano, “accidentally” throwing some on the floor. When staff asked her not to, she snarled, “Don’t you f–king touch me.” She wound up sitting in the front row beside Taylor Momsen. They got through the entire show without Lindsay hurling a room service tray. This time. And all of this is leading Duh Weekly to say that Lindsay is a bad influence on her 15-year-old sister Ali. But it might not be these reports at all, and it is really the fact that Lindsay brought the aspiring singer out to L.A.’s Crown Bar on September 4, and celebrity-favoured lounge Teddy’s the next night. Because that’s where every 15 year old NEEDS to be. Is it just me, or do we see little Ali with one or two DUI’s down the road?

Here is the ever tumultuous couple Avril and Mr. Lavigne, Deryck Whibley, spotted not all that long ago holding hands and pretending they liked each other as they left El Cid nightclub together. And though the rumors had already started swirling at this point about this couple’s demise, you can see it all over their faces what is coming, which turned out to be just the case. Last week, the world was absolutely shocked when Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley, easily the sixth or seventh most beloved Canadian rock couple, bid so long to their three year marriage. Whatever in the name of Kevin Jonas caused that? Getting married at 21, says the infamous Close Source.

“She married too young and she finally realized that. Avril realized she needs her own life and needs to explore things without him.”

Apparently “those things” include getting super drunk, and hanging out with Hollywood club fixture Brandon Davis, coiner of the term “firecrotch.” Close Source told People he was not a factor in the divorce and for everyone’s ability to hold onto some Canadian pride in Avril, he better not be. And just like this picture taken in May, Deryck, 29, and Avril, 24, seemed to be taking a stab at making their marriage work last month when they went to Toronto together to promote Avril’s clothing line, Abbey Dawn. They were seen having dinner together with two other guests at Morton’s The Steakhouse on Sunday, August 16. But alas, not even Canadian steak could keep them together. Avril was partying without Deryck in the Hamptons the next weekend. Deryck, who sings lead for pop-punk band Sum 41, has already moved out of their Bel Air mansion. One magazine says she kicked him out on his broken heart, but this Avril-friendly Close Source told People he left voluntarily. Avril reinforced that it was a Bruce Willis/Demi Moore-style breakup in a post on her blog Thursday.

“He is the most amazing person I know and I love him with all my heart,” Avril wrote on her blog.

And why wouldn’t she say that? If she talked about how much they hated each other, the paps would be beating down the door, wouldn’t they? Of course…everyone ALWAYS breaks up when they love each other with all their heart….

For all of the people of the world that love to watch supermodels get fat, now is your chance…maybe. It has just been announced that Gisele Bundchen is in fact pregnant with her first child with football hunk Tom Brady, and they are expecting come December. But not sure how big she is going to get, in this picture she is out running some errands by herself, but if the date on this picture and the December due date is right, she should be about 4 or 5 months along right here. And well, some actresses and models just can’t hide a pregnancy well, but Gisele here seems to be doing an outstanding job of such. The news came out in an interview with Tom Brady and ESPN’s Chris Berman airing Sunday on SportsCenter and Monday Night Countdown, the 32-year-old New England Patriots quarterback reveals that the couple expect their baby-on-the-way in December. While Brady said he would happily attend Lamaze classes with Bundchen, he will do so with at least one caveat:

“I told her no Sundays. It couldn’t be harder than training camp, so I’ll be prepared.”Noting that “the women are the ones who have to do the work,” he adds, “We just have to be there to support them and so it’ll be nice to do that.”

Their child will be the first for Bundchen and the second for Brady, who is already dad to 2-year-old John Edward Thomas with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. Is it just me or is it a weee chauvinistic that Tom thinks training camp is harder than giving birth? Given that he already has a child I found that comment a little strange. Not knocking training camp boys, but helloooooo….

Glamor girl Megan Fox is seen here arriving at a hotel in Santa Monica for a meeting, and as always, she was showing off what a sex vixen this girl is. And this is one thing this girl is known for world over, so it is surprising to hear that people were shocked to hear some crew members bashing her smarts. I guess Megan has a bit of a temper too, because that is where this all stems from. She ticked off some crew members of the Trasnformers set by comparing the blockbuster director Michael Bay to Hitler and claiming he ran an “unsafe set”. They hit back at “ungracious” Megan by posting an open letter on Bay’s official website. The letter, which now appears to have been removed, reportedly says the crew members all had “the tedious experience of working with the dumb-as-a-rock Megan Fox”. It says they “had the unbearable time of watching her try to act on set” and brands Megan “as ungracious a person as you can fathom.” It tears her down to her very fibre, by even mocking her over her own self described claims that she is the next Angelina:

“She was the next Angelina Jolie, hooray! Wait a minute, two of us worked with Angelina – second thought – she’s no Angelina. You see, Angelina is a professional.”

The alleged crew members do not give their names but also accuse Megan of showing “little interest in the crew members around her”. The letter reportedly says: “We work to make her look good in every way, but she’s absolutely never appreciative of anyone’s hard work. Never a thank you.” I think the bigger damage here is not the slam at her smarts, but the ones to her personality. We all knew she wasn’t going up for a Nobel Peace Prize…or even a certificate in office administration….any time soon. But they definitely did make a point of calling out her diva behaviour, and it’s always the crew members, or the help, or the whoever, that work for these folks that know most about them, right? I think it’s also pretty funny that the real Angelina got a compliment out of it without even having to work for it.

Ah yes, it’s always so much fun to dish about the VMA’s isn’t it? Just this time last year we were talking about Britney’s big comeback and how she swept away just about everything worth mentioning at the VMA’s. This year, the story that everyone is talking about is NOT the story on how Beyonce swept it all under her arm this year with almost the same awards that Britney did last year. And we aren’t talking about the moving Michael Jackson tribute as put forth by Madonna and Janet Jackson. If you saw those portions of the show, then you know how great the show was. But if you didn’t, chances are that the biggest thing you know about this years VMA’s is the Kanye West display of rudeness which is likely to have an effect on his career. Oh no, we aren’t talking about a Chris Brown situation, but one that is enough to talk about all the same. The show began with the aforementioned Michael Jackson tribute, and was moving, poignant, and ever so appropriate. It didn’t take long, though, for the mood to change from bittersweet to just plain bitter. West — who has flipped out after losing at the VMAs, the Grammys, the American Music Awards and more, kept his reputation alive by complaining once again that the wrong person had been awarded a trophy. But this time, his complaining was on behalf of Beyonce. Beyonce, nominated for best female video for “Single Ladies” was bested by country and pop sensation Taylor Swift. The 19-year-old was giddy when she won for her clip “You Belong to Me,” saying:

“I always wondered what it would be like to maybe win one of these someday, but never actually thought it would happen.”

Unfortunately she didn’t quite get to finish this thought, as Kanye ruined her moment when he jumped on stage, and protested. “Taylor, I’m really happy for you, and I’m gonna let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time,” he said, as a shocked Beyonce looked on and the crowd began to boo West. Of course, security took good care of him and as always, the show went on, but one can’t help but feel a little bad for pretty Taylor. She was a little disappointed and didn’t quite get to finish her first every VMA award acceptance speech, but she was applauded all the same. Her thoughts on the matter?

“I was standing on stage and I was really excited because I’d just won the award and then I was really excited because Kanye West was on stage. And then I wasn’t excited anymore after that.”

Yeah, that’s about the nicest way you can say that when someone so rudely steals a moment in your life that you have spent years working towards. But top winner Beyonce who swept away the most awards proved why she really is a top winner after all and came to Taylor’s rescue. While she was accepting the Moonman for video of the year, Beyonce invited Swift onto the stage so she could finish her speech.

“This is amazing. I remember being 17-years-old, up for my first MTV award with Destiny’s Child and it was one of the most exciting moments of my life, so I would like for Taylor to come out and have her moment.”

A smiling Swift came out and said, “Maybe we can try this again.” She continued, thanking “all my fans on Twitter and MySpace and everyone who came out to my shows this summer.” The two winners, both in bright red dresses, hugged and left the stage together. Taylor spoke well for herself, and for America, and acknowledged the elegance that Beyonce exudes.

“It was so wonderful and gracious of her. She’s always been a great person and I thought I couldn’t love Beyoncé more and tonight happened and it was just wonderful.”

You just gotta shake your head at some people. Though this wasn’t a woman beating incident, this is definitely one that has lost some respect for Kanye, and though he has apologized since, we can’t help but notice nobody is talking about the apology, are they? Way to go Taylor and Beyonce and all the other winners from last night’s show.
