Here is Larry Birkhead taking some time out to appreciate Daddy’s little girl last Sunday in Beverly Hills. Larry took little Dannielynn shopping on Robertson Blvd stopping in at both Lisa Kline Kids and Kitson Kids. He played the role of smushy lovey Daddy beautifully, keeping Dannielynn by his side at all times and she was wearing the cutest little “Who’s Your Daddy” t-shirt for their day out. Larry is a true family man, showering his baby with hugs, kisses, and all sorts of affection as they shopped for baby clothes with slogans like “My Mom is Little Miss Bossy” and “I Love Mommy”. Aww… in this day and age there really is nothing cuter than a man who’s all over the love buttons with his kid. More Hollywood dads should be just like you!

What you are seeing here is a file picture that is dated June 12, 2005 of one of the more famous Playmates, Anna Nicole Smith. Here she is at “The Abbey” in West Hollywood on June 12, 2005, a known gay club and her amigo in yellow is Dr. Sandeep Kapoor. No, you may not have heard of him *yet* but I have a hunch his name is going to get very popular in coming months. Just recently the home and offices of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor have been raided stemming orders from the judge in the investigation of the death of Anna Nicole Smith earlier this year. Of course this is interesting that her death is being investigated at all after the initial word was overdose, but obviously the story goes a little deeper than that. Some initial rumors are that Anna had a little too many ‘obscure’ prescription bottles on her nightstand (authorized or not I do not know), and what the Dr. Kapoor connection to that is remains to be clarified. All speculation of course but the raids are in the works nonetheless. It’s Hollywood though, so time actually will tell with this.

Dannielynn is almost 1 years-old, and Entertainment Tonight has the exclusive interview with proud papa Larry Birkhead.

On how precious Dannielynn is: “Every day she does something new, and now she’s sharing her bottle with me. So if I say, ‘Give daddy a drink,’ she’ll toss it over her shoulder. It’s cool being a dad.”

On Dannielyn’s first birthday in September: “I’m thinking big. Her mom called her princess, so [I’m thinking of doing] something kind of Disney princess, or Hello Kitty — something real cool, so she can look back on it and say, ‘What a cool party.’”

On not dating at the moment: “The only lady in my life is my daughter, and she takes all my time, and that’s all I need right now — making up for lost time. We’re just having fun together and hanging out.”

OMG… she is absolutely adorable!!!! It’s totally amazing because when Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had Shiloh, I thought she would be the cutest baby girl in Hollywood. But, she sure has some stiff competition! I wonder if they’ll hang out together as teenagers?

For those of us completely absorbed by Paris Hilton’s looming fate in the L.A. County Jail, and the developments in the story, the following is an update with all the juicy details:

Law enforcement sources have told TMZ that Paris Hilton has been crying a lot, praying and that she is extremely withdrawn.

Hilton is in the medical ward at Twin Towers, an L.A. County jail facility. She is in a room by herself with a glass door. For her protection, a sergeant guards the door at all times. We’re told Hilton hasn’t eaten or slept since she arrived yesterday.

Sources have described her condition today as “fragile” and “despondent.” One source called her “a train wreck” while another said she is “sullen and withdrawn.” We’ve learned her shrink, Dr. Charles Sophy, spent more than two hours with her this morning. Hilton’s family can’t visit today. In the medical ward, families can only visit on Sundays and Tuesdays.

We’re told Hilton is receiving “appropriate medical attention.” We’re told she’s being given psychotropic medication. ~TMZ

Psychotropic medication: More widely known in the general public as anti-psychotic meds, happy pills! Let’s just hope they don’t up the dose too high, one celebrity painting a clown face on herself is more than enough, cough… Anna Nicole Smith.

This gala is where Larry Birkhead first met Anna Nicole Smith, back in 2004. The guest list was full with the stars, from Brittany Murphy to Kid Rock. I think I know what Vanessa’s telling Nick: “Nick, how can you think of Jessica’s boobs @ the Pussycat Dolls Lounge 2nd Anniversary, at a time like this!?” No, just kidding!

Two diaries written by tragic model ANNA NICOLE SMITH failed to sell at the Dallas-based Heritage Auction Galleries on Saturday.

An unnamed German businessman purchased the diaries and other mementos during an eBay internet auction several weeks ago for $500,000 and decided to re-sell them at the auction house in the hope of making a profit. After the books failed to attract any bids, they were put up for sale for a minimum bid of $25,000.

Smith’s partner Howard K. Stern’s lawyer wrote a letter to the auction house last week claiming the diaries were stolen property and insisted they should be returned to Anna Nicole’s estate.

The diaries were written between 1992 and 1994, and cover Smith’s marriage to oil billionaire J. Howard Marshall II. Entries were sporatic and honest; On June 13, 1992, she wrote that she was hung over and watched a movie at home, adding that she “Took a Zandrex!”. I think she meant Xanax :)

In a Bahamian court, Tuesday April 10th, the DNA test revealed the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith’s second child, Dannielynn. It was Larry Birkhead all along!! Yay… I was worried for a minute that Howard K. Stern might get custody since his name is on her birth certificate. Dannielynn stands to inherit millions of dollars from the estate of Anna Nicole’s late husband, oil tycoon Howard Marshall II.

Howard K. Stern said he would not fight Larry Birkhead for custody of the 7-month-old girl, but that he requested there be a “gradual transition”. Larry Birkhead was exstatic with the news and when asked what’s next, he said: “I’m going to the toy store”. Another one of his many trips, as seen below, March 26th @ a Baby Gap in Miami.

Although I’m sure no one’s surprised, the cause of Anna Nicole Smith’s death was an accidental overdose on perscription drugs. Conspiracy theorists can now rest knowing that Howard K Stern did not murder his “wife”. Although reports were out yesterday, we @ Bestcelebgossip wanted to make sure the verdict was final!

According to the medical examiner, Dr Joshua Perper, the cause of death “was combined drug intoxication” due to the 9 different prescriptions Anna was taking, all legally; it was not due solely to the infection around an injection in her butt. She was taking:

Chloral Hydrate - A sedative and hypnotic drug used for short-term treatment of insomnia.

Cipro - A broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic.

Valium - A sedative used for treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, alcohol withdrawal and muscle spasms.

Klonopin - A highly potent anticonvulsant, amnestic and anxiolytic used to treat anxiety disorders. Can cause dependence or addiction.

Trichloroethanol - An organic compound used as a sedative or hypnotic.

Trichloroacetic acid - A strong acid used as a caustic for removing warts. Small quantities are found in chlorinated drinking water.

Nordiazepam - An anticonvulsant, amnestic and anxiolytic used to treat anxiety disorders.

Temazepam - A powerful hypnotic drug which possesses powerful anxiolytic, hypnotic, anticonvulsant, amnestic, sedative and skeletal muscle relaxant properties.

Atropine - A tropane alkaloid extracted from Deadly Nightshade. Potentially deadly.

Benadryl - An over the counter allergy medecine.

Acetaminophen - More commonly known as Paracetamol. Used for the relief of fever, headaches and other minor aches and pains.

Anna Nicole was also taking vitamin B12 and the Human Growth Hormone, which is a mixture that’s very popular among today’s steroid obsessed athletes.
