How do celebrities get a chance to hang out with each other if they are all out hosting their own New Year’s Eve parties? Seems there are enough parties to go around for everyone though. In this case, Ashlee Simpson and Fallout Boy Pete Wentz were caught in a canoodle at midnight after hosting a bash at the elite Sky Bar at the Shore Club in Miami’s glitzy South Beach. Is it just me, or was EVERYONE in South Beach this New Years? The bash was also attended by other celebs such as Sophia Bush and Gabrielle Union. Eve also attended putting on a show for the crowd of VIP’s. And Ashlee and Pete celebrated the success of their bash with a hot and heavy canoodle session when the clock struck twelve.

Well it seems that Ashlee Simpson has picked up at least one bad habit during her walk to fame, and this includes smoking. The sad but funny thing is she doesn’t want anyone to know about it.

Ashlee Simpson begged a photog not to take her picture last week during a cigarette break outside boyfriend Pete Wentz’s East Village bar, Angels and Kings. “I don’t want my fans knowing I smoke!” she pleaded. “It’s so bad, but I just crave nicotine sometimes.” ~ NY Daily News

Or maybe the really funny thing is that Ashlee Simpson is picturing herself with a large fan base, who knows. Cuz it seems that she forgot that when you become famous, you don’t get much of the luxury that the little people do when it comes to hiding things from the world. So no Ashlee, we won’t watch you feed your nic fits, but we WILL talk about it!

OMG… TALK about tacky! Not only does the bass player of ‘Fall Out Boy’ look like that Caveman from those Geico car insurance ads on TV, but he’s now buying a dive where people can have sex in the bathrooms. Ya, OK… if you want to live like you’re not a famously rich celebrity, that’s fine… just take a trip to a bar off the interstate and you’ll be able to find your holy grail. It’s not like they’re extinct… far from it! Any hick town has one, or two or maybe even more!! But, this news flash was too late for Pete Wentz, who decided to open Angels and Kings in the East Village, New York City. Girlfriend Ashlee Simpson was also in attendance, however we don’t know who she looks like anymore!?

Wentz said: “It will be a bit of a dive, which we need. We finally have a place where all our loser friends can hang out!” Well, I think he just got his wish!
