Amy Winehouse was spotted here the other day leaving a lawyer’s office in Central London. Guess she almost knows how to present oneself for these situations, as it seems she made at least a little effort in cleaning herself up. I can’t say when I last saw her in a skirt. And while yes, she still does look a little…well, skanky, the effort is duly noted. Whether she was seeing a lawyer on hers or her hubby’s behalf who knows, but my guess is we will find out. It sounds like the long awaited freedom pass for hubby Blake Fielder-Civil is pending as he will be released from jail this weekend after serving his required 8 months for assault charges and charges on coercing a witness. Hm. Does anyone smell a trainwreck brewing?? Uh huh! In other Amy news, it sounds like there may be something wonky in the air around the Winehouse homes, as Mitch, Amy’s dad, recently had a fainting spell and passed out at home. Nothing serious apparently, mind you, he’s not a crack user, so instead of staying in the hospital for weeks on end he was simply ordered to rest. My word, I wonder if the spell happened shortly after word came out that Blakey was on his way home? Hmm. I smell trouble on its way for this girl….and you don’t need special spidey senses to figure that one out.

Here is Amy Winehouse supporting her hubby Blake Amy style with a mega-Blake headband. Amy’s husband of course, Blake Fielder-Civil is still incarcerated for his various drug happenings and despite rumors otherwise, it looks like she is still doing the stand by your man thing. And as usual, Amy’s other usual goings-on are weirder than ever. Just the other day she was spotted doing some spring cleaning around her London flat, and when taking out the garbage she stopped and asked the paparazzi for some money to pay her driver. That is one weird girl. There have also been rumors that Amy is heading to Israel for some drug rehab, but it seems that may not be the case. She was reported to go to the Barzilai Medical Center to have an operation that will prevent her from craving drugs. However, her reps are denying the claims. That’s a new one though! Surgical removal of addiction! Why haven’t we heard more about this treatment? Well, probably because this is one girl where weird just seems to follow her everywhere….

Guess the dress code at Amy Winehouse’s recording studio must be pretty cas, as here she is spotted in barely more than underwear on a break during some recording work. While she’s only wearing a bra and cutoffs, she appears seemingly nonchalant and relaxed despite the fact that divorce rumors are swirling away. People are buzzing with word that her skanky hubby Blake Fielder-Civil is intending to give her the dumps as he has another lady in waiting it sounds like. Oh, I can’t possibly imagine what the upgrade (or downgrade) from Amy Winehouse would be. However, Amy’s nonchalance may be attributed to the fact that she has some side action going herself. Reports are that Amy is being connected with Mick Whitnall from Pete Doherty’s band, Babyshambles, as the two have been spending a lot of time in, and out, of the recording studio together. Though, we are talking about Amy Winehouse, she is in quite the fog half the time. That could explain her nonchalance to a marriage split up. Amy’s thought process probably looks something like, ‘What, divorced, who me? What are you talking about? Leave me alone I’m high.’

Again? The scratches on her arms seem to tell the story. But, isn’t Blake still in jail? So then it couldn’t be an early morning hotel room brawl and blitzed out 3am stoned walk through the empty streets. OK, so, what happened? I hope she didn’t do it to herself, although that’s definitely a possibility; smoking crack can do that to you, so I’ve heard. Maybe she thought she was an orange and what fending off people trying to peel her? Or, maybe she just woke up one afternoon and found them there. Amy: “Bonus! i got more than just the tattoo i paid for”. Yes, yes you did. Don’t worry Amy, I’m sure Blaaaaaakey will lick your wounds for you when he gets out of jail.

Amy has gone for somewhat of a makeover as of late. Maybe she is trying to kick the winter blahs, or perhaps she just wants a pick-me-up while her hubby is rotting away in the clink, or perhaps Amy’s new companion has a thing for blondes. Who knows. She recently shocked Kelly Osbourne when appearing for lunch with the new cropped and very blonde locks. But no worries, you will still be able to recognize her as she hasn’t yet ditched her famous cat winged eyeliner. However, word is that Amy may not be pining for hubby Blake Fielder-Civil much at all. Mark Ronson, the record producer that worked with her for ‘Valerie’, has been chumming with her quite a bit lately.

Mark and Wino partied at Bungalow 8 in London together and then reportedly checked into a hotel during the early morning hours. A source said, “Blake’s fearful that Mark has much more in common with Amy than he does and is worried he’ll steal her away.” ~ Digital Spy

Her ‘people’ are reporting there is nothing to it, but there seem to be a LOT of pics of them around. She’s also taken up going to the gym, and is spending her days doing normal celebrity things – shopping, eating healthy, and the like. But you know… isn’t it supposed to strike a flag when your spouse suddenly starts taking up new ‘hobbies’ like the gym? Amy, Amy, Amy… what will we hear about this girl next?

Well, Amy Winehouse has been twiddling her thumbs wondering what to do while hubby is in prison. So she made the excellent choice of trekking off to the Caribbean with an ex. The ex is music manager George Roberts and she is seen here in the airport as they left the sunny Caribbean just yesterday. Of course, hubby Blake Fielder-Civil got wind of this in prison and he’s more than a little ticked. He wants an explanation and is furious. He has never appreciated the friendship the two had, and now he hears they are vacationing together while he’s in the clink? Oh and as if he doesn’t have enough trouble. It seems good behavior will not be listed in his file as he is being considered for solitary now that he’s been dipping into some prison hooch and using a banned cell phone. At the same time, he’s still desperate not to lose her so who knows what will happen here. In other Amy news, word is that she will probably be cleared of the charges and allegations in connection with Blake’s crimes. Which will work out well for her since the first thing she wants to do is have his baby when he gets out of jail. Right, she’s just the picture of health for that one, isn’t she?

Well, as if she doesn’t have enough to worry about. Or perhaps worrying about all of this is what has the girl on a constant bender, who knows. But now Amy Winehouse is being investigated by detectives as she has now been implicated in the bribery plot that her husband Blake Fielder-Civil is doing jail time for. She will be appearing for questioning this week, but the police have already begun seizing documents, banking information, computer records, cell phone records, and have even gone to visit her accountants. The charge, if it comes down to that, is conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and is what Blake and 5 other men are dealing with now. The money issue seems to be the biggest one, as there is a sum of about 200,000 British pounds that has not been traced, and it is speculated that Blake does not have access (directly) to those kinds of funds. And it also seems there are some forensic fingers pointing to an involvement with Amy Winehouse. As I said, this girl is one of those your mom wouldn’t let you play with, she always seems to be caught up in something, and it’s NEVER good. Perhaps some time in the clink will be good for her in terms of cleaning up!

Well now, that didn’t take long, did it? It seems that as of late yesterday Amy Winehouse has taken the instructions from her doctor and cancelled the remainder of her tour to spend some time in rehab. After some disturbing pictures of her emerged showing bloody noses and white substances lodged in her nostrils, Amy found some medical assistance and was urged to seek help for her many addictions. While it would be nice to say that she is starting to take control of her life, she is reporting that her separation from her husband is more agonizing to her than her downhill trip from drug addiction. It is her forced separation from her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who is spending time in prison that has led her to a crisis situation where she has lost all control over every shred of reality. The perk of this is that she will end up in rehab after all, so hopefully, while the two are whiling their time away in separate institutions, they will emerge together in much better shape. Right, well, we can only hope, right?
