You would think that when you are one of the Sexiest Men Alive that getting manhandled would be a daily occurrence. But for Brad Pitt, he has such a team of security that getting manhandled is fairly rare, and that he is lucky to have the security team that he does. So when he did get manhandled recently, many wondered how this could happen with his tight gaggle of bodyguards. Well, the easy answer to that one is that it was an ‘inside job’ in the sense that it WAS one of his own bodyguards that handled the manhandling. In an odd situation, Brad Pitt found himself in a bit of a scuffle the other night when he was attending the L.A. screening of his new movie ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’. Brad was grabbed, pushed, and spun around by someone, who as it turns out, was his own private plainclothes guard who had been hired to protect him. Not sure how you could screw up the ONE job that you are supposed to do, but it happened. Brad had arrived approximately one half hour early to the screening that took place at the Bruin Theater in Westwood, and in standard Pitt tradition, the media frenzy was waiting for him. He didn’t seem to mind having his picture taken, and was excited for the preview and smiling for the cameras. As he went into the theatre, many photographers tried to rush in and get more pictures of him. As this happened, the theatre security tried to push the photographers out of the theatre, and at the same time, his plain clothes bodyguard mistook him for someone else and the scuffle ensued with some pushing and shoving, and Brad’s arm had been grabbed a little too hard. Brad had some words with the security guard, but for the most part stayed calm for the entire situation. And while there is no official news on the bodyguard’s fate, I am sure that we can take a guess that he’s in the unemployment line as we speak. You can only just shake your head at the whole thing.

Well well well, the princess and her little peas have come out of hiding. Here is Angelina touching down in New York City with the rest of the Jolie-Pitt clan, and she is hanging on to little Shiloh for dear life. This shot is the first appearance of a public nature that Angelina has made since well before she gave birth to her twins this past June. Many are saying that Angelina’s hiding in the shadows is stemming from the fact that she has been suffering from post-partum depression since the birth of her babies. But Clangelina folks had to make an appearance in New York and face the inevitable, life in the public eye, as she is expected now to get back to work and begin promotion of her latest film ‘The Changeling’. But even though we can only catch a glimpse of her, you can see that her figure has returned, and she may even be slimmer than pre-twins form. This all may boil down to the fact that with her post partum depression, she has only been eating in order to provide enough milk for breastfeeding the twins, and even breastfeeding is conducive to quicker weight loss in post partum women. And we can see that she doesn’t exactly look drunk with joy as she departs her trans Atlantic flight, but then again, many don’t, and she may just be overtired from the flight and having to manage several Pittlets during a lengthy flight. But sources say that part of her depression is boiling down to some spats that she has been having with Brad, that she feels he has it easy as he got the kids without the pain of birth and that he can just ‘jet off’ whenever he feels like it. Some of these spats may be causing more tension than we think, as the couple has just recently purchased a home in Berlin, Germany, and this home may be a separation home. Angelina has been spending all of her time in Berlin, whereas Brad has been going all over the world promoting ‘Burn After Reading’ and spending his off time in their castle in Provence, France. Despite all of this, they still insist that they are together and happier than ever, but perhaps that is just the publicity rep talking who knows. If their marriage is in trouble, it may be causing her depression. On the other hand, her post partum depression may be causing the marital troubles. Maybe this promo tour is just what Angelina needs to get out of bed, and get out of the habit of sleeping away her sorrows. And perhaps a sandwich or two wouldn’t hurt her either…..At any rate, fans that miss Angelina on the big screen can see her happier times resurfacing with ‘The Changling’ very very soon…

Two former winners of the ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ title are seen here disembarking a boat to attend the premiere of their latest work together ‘Burn After Reading’. And for anyone that has seen the Ocean’s 11 series, you know that the comraderie and chemistry between these two is fun to watch, which is probably a major factor in the success of the Ocean’s flicks. Given this, their latest work ‘Burn After Reading’ should be quite the entertaining piece. The charming duo were interviewed shortly after one of their premieres to this movie, and they took the moment to play with the media and bantering back and forth in that oh so appealing Clooney and Pitt style that we have come to love. The boys were asked questions about their personal lives, and instead of getting heated by the grilling, they made fun of it. When asked if he would ever ‘settle down’ George Clooney quipped as hearts broke all over America, ‘gosh, I have NEVER been asked that question. Actually… I am getting married and having a child today’. And of course Pitt chimed in deadpan saying that well, he has 6 kids now, and probably a couple more by this time next year, why not take some of his on?? Before the conference was over, Pitt was met by a Spanish journalist who thought it *not crazy* to wear a pair of gym shorts similar to the ones Pitt wore in the movie for his role as a gym trainer. She even went so far as to ask him if he would help her work out. He gently reminded her it was just a movie, that was just a role, that he in fact WASN’T a real gym trainer but she asked him anyway if he could help her train for running by asking if he would run after her. Clooney took that open door and ‘ran’ with it saying Brad would be more likely to run AWAY from her. The rest of the conference went just as similarly with the two running interference with each other to play with the paps. When Brad was asked about the twins Clooney retorted ‘they’re fine’ and when Brad was asked if he had the choice between winning an Oscar or falling in love with an Italian woman, Clooney cut him off lawyer style saying ‘You don’t have to answer that, Brad.’
