Lindsay Lohan is seen here wearing her “heart on her sleeve” as she leaves her halfway house to head to her rehab class at The Betty Ford Clinic. And though she appears to be as casual and carefree as anyone would on their way to court ordered rehab, it sounds like she’s had some trouble in “paradise”. For those of you that thought the drama between Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan was over…think again. The world of Tinseltown is apparently much smaller than they would like us to think. Even a restraining order doesn’t stop SOME people. That some people being the likes of Sam Lutfi who isn’t letting a restraining order barring contact with Britney Spears keep him from realizing his dreams of leaching off celebrities. Lindsay Lohan’s people think he is sending her threatening text messages, TMZ reports. For the Lohans, that’s how you show you care. One of the text messages that’s giving Lohan the creeps claimed the sender knows where she is and is watching her. He doesn’t win any points for knowing where she is.

The entire world knows Lindsay’s in the Betty Ford Center. But since receiving the text, she’s been moved to a more private and secure room to protect her safety. Sam blames Britney’s manager, Larry Rudolph, who also manages Lindsay (an odd coincidence, no? Particularly since we thought that was her moms job) , for sparking the rumours. The number that at least one of the texts came from does go to Sam’s phone, but he denied to TMZ that he has been stalking Lindsay. When you’re dealing with Lohans and Spearses at the same time, then throw in an established Hollywood jerk like Sam, you’ll never sort out who is lying about what and for what reason. If Sam is really committed to stalking her, let him take a crack at it when she gets out on January 3. If he can keep up with all the Hollywood nightclubs she’ll be attacking, then he will truly earn the title of Stalker. She’s in rehab and can’t go anywhere right now. Where’s the sport in that?

Have been trying to stay away from this story, when Star talks you…can’t always listen, as Britney Spears has come to learn the hard way. Having had my fill of Britney drama, I’ve reached the point where my heart actually goes out to her, and a part of me, and many others, were praying these reports of domestic abuse were just rumors. Sounds like the gut was good for me again. And the best news is, she’s not taking it sitting down either. In an unprecedent Britney move, she is actually speaking public about it. Yep, THE Britney Spears is taking drastic measures over Star magazine’s report her boyfriend beat her: communicating! That takes me back to 2004. While she should have been celebrating her 29th birthday yesterday with her children, bodyguards, Melissa Joan Hart, a dozen shirtless male dancers and the snake from the 2001 MTV VMAs, the scandal was obviously overshadowing the festivities. She tweeted her wrath over the story, which her manager, Larry Rudolph, says they’re filing a law suit over.

“Star Magazine, Radar Online, Jason Alexander and the rest of you liars, yawl can kiss my lily white southern Louisiana ass!”

Yes she did, she actually wrote “yawl.” I thought only Britney impersonators said that. Jason Alexander, of marrying Britney in Vegas fame, had come forward to the magazine with audio tapes he claimed were of Britney. He asked if a rumour that Jason had proposed to her was true. “Was that before or after he beat on me?” the Britney voice asked. But the Britney people say the whole story is a pack of lies. Larry told Us Weekly:

“It’s amazing that Star continues to try to defend their story by putting out more and more pieces of a fraudulent recording. Everyone knows it is not her. The more they put out, the more ridiculous they look. The lawyers are drawing up the legal papers right now; there will 100 percent be a lawsuit. We are suing.”

Jason Alexander told Star that Britney confided in her frequently, detailing her rocky relationship with her former agent Jason. He claims she told him she was pregnant, but had an abortion after Jason beat her. But if Britney is tweeting a denial so passionate she’s using the word “ass,” I’m not going to question her. We’ll just have to wait for this law suit to go to trial and see what Judge Judy decides.

Very strange almost that we haven’t heard a whole lot of drama coming out of the Spears camp, but it seems they like it that way, and I like that they like it that way. Does that mean life has returned to normal for Britney Spears and her family? Depends on what you mean by normal, keeping in mind we are dealing with people born and bred in Louisiana and now living happily in the strangest city on Earth, Tinseltown. But if you are talking about rewinding to Britney’s childhood then maybe just maybe that normal has been reclaimed, as there is no news weirder about this family than the latest. There’s something about shepherding two daughters through messy public debacles that really reignites the romance. After divorcing eight years ago, Jamie and Lynne Spears are back together. Congratulations, Britney and Jamie Lynn. It just became pretty much impossible not to imagine your parents having sex. The Spears’s reunion was outed by Gossip Cop after they were seen flirting at L.A. nightclub Boudoir, where they were “grinding” to “Toxic,” a source tells Perez. Seriously guys! You can’t at least be seen shopping for frozen pizzas at the grocery store or something? Jamie, who lives in L.A. as Britney’s court-appointed conservator, and Lynne have been back together since the summer. “There is still love there,” a source tells Us. “It happened slowly, but they’ve been through so much.” Good for them. It’s really not right for two people to be apart when they have so much in common, like their entire wardrobes and a very large bank account to look after.

Seriously, what is wrong with Britney Spears? One of the most gossiped about women in the world has been legally relegated to her father’s care since February, 2008, and no one knows why. Well, we do know that she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when she had the infamous head shaving meltdown that sent her neighbor George Clooney looking for another realtor. But this is a disorder that is easily treated, and so long as the meds are maintained, a relatively normal life can ensue. But we ARE talking about Britney, and normal just doesn’t seem to be on her radar. Speaking of….Radar, a site with scary-deep Hollywood connections, was in the courtroom for a hearing on the conservatorship and THEY can’t even give specifics.

“It seems highly unlikely that the conservatorship will end by the end of summer. Britney’s just not ready, yet. Britney has complex issues on a personal and professional level and that is the reason the conservatorship is still in place.”

Jamie Spears, Britney’s dad, is currently in charge of her finances, career, and medical issues. His training for this? Well, he was a chef. And an alcoholic. And Hollywood has always loved to employ alcoholics. His strategy for repairing his daughter’s mysterious mental condition was to send her to record the Circus album, then put her on a world tour. Alas, this approach failed to be the miracle cure. There will be another hearing on July 27 to re-evaluate the situation, so I’m not sure what the point of the hearing was. The only development was that the judge approved $360,284 in attorney fees. So at least this arrangement is improving someone’s life.

Yes, it’s a little difficult to keep track of who or what Britney is doing these days, and we’ve reported on this “restructuring” more than once. What is actually happening between her BF slash Agent slash Manager is anyone’s guess, but the official report is that the manager has been fired but her boyfriend has kept his current position. And when you see pics as cute as this, family like almost, you sort of want to be happy for her, but she will keep us guessing either way. Spotted here late last year in Australia during the Circus tour, Britney is enjoying some down time with Jason Trawick, in this picture he assumes the role of devoted boyfriend, and in others the role of devoted manager. But what gives? Seems someone didn’t learn their lesson from Gigli, Swept Away, and The Nick & Jessica Variety Hour. Britney Spears has found that mixing business with pleasure just doesn’t work. This is especially relevant when your business involves singing songs about threesomes. The pop queen has stopped using boyfriend Jason Trawick as her agent. Britney’s rep told People that the singer and her 38-year-old man of one year and counting “have decided to end their professional relationship and focus on their personal relationship.” Britney was last seen on Monday grabbing lunch with a bodyguard at L.A. gay bar The Abbey. When they left among a pack of paps, one of the photogs fell over, prompting Britney to reach out and help him. “Don’t worry, baby!” the bodyguard was overheard saying to her, X17 reports. Baby! Maybe that’s just Hollywood talk, or maybe Britney’s ready to move on from more than just her agent. Let’s just press pause on that rumour for now, until we see her hanging out with this guy somewhere that isn’t a gay bar. Huh. As usual, with our Brit, anything IS possible.

Britney Spears is spotted here landing at LAX after being in Australia for her Circus tour, and is seen being escorted to an awaiting car by her bodyguards and the ever present crowd of paparazzi. She has just wrapped up her ever popular Circus tour, and it sounds like the tour has taken its toll on her, as sources are saying that what she looks like here, is MUCH different than her appearances now that she is home again and trying to settle back into normal life. Well that doesn’t sound too shocking, a world wide tour for a normal person could be a little harrowing and exhausting, but to a mom of two wee ones who suffers from bipolar disorder, well, you have to know the homecoming is not going to be easy, and sources are saying this may lead to another trip to the looney bin if she isn’t careful. Life & Style” reports that our princess of pop has been spotted frequently at the chic Mondrian Hotel in L.A. over the past two months where the magazine reports she spends much of her time impersonating Stewie from the “Family Guy” cartoon. It’s the same luxury establishment that a bald and very troubled Britney crashed during the height of her 2008 breakdown, when she was spotted shaving her legs in the pool bathroom and borrowing a bikini from a hotel guest before posing with fans poolside for photos which later appeared all over the tabloids. The bizarre behavior reportedly followed a failed check-in attempt when her credit card was turned down at the front desk. Fast-forward to 2010 and the 28-year-old singer is reportedly finding it hard adjusting to life at home after spending eight months on the road last year for her “Circus” world tour. One of our tour mates has reported:

“She said she misses the environment of a busy hotel when she stops touring. She seems to love having people around her. She’s friendly and interested in everybody – she started talking to one guest and even jokingly offered to sing at the woman’s wedding!”

Another tabloid also reports the mother-of-two, who owns a mansion in L.A., has been staying at the five-star hotel for a few days every couple of weeks with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

“She’s no reason to be there. Last time she had staff running around after her kids as they both caught flu and she had no medicine for them. She uses the gym, is waited on and she uses the babysitting service.”

While celebrity publicist Todd Shapiro told “Life & Style” he spotted Spears hard at work on her trademark abs at the hotel’s fitness centre on Jan. 5, another insider tells the magazine that the star’s workouts have been more than a little unusual, and that she’s even adopted the British accent she was so fond of using when she went off the rails two years ago.

“She’s obsessed with the show Family Guy and was doing Stewie impressions in the gym. She even ordered chicken wings to be delivered to the gym, which raised eyebrows. She asked to replace the buffalo sauce with sweet chili.”

The starlet’s hotel escapades aren’t the only warning signs she may be headed down a similar path of personal destruction that eventually led to her infamous psych ward visit. Gossip sites began speculating Spears had reached her spending limit again when she used her bodyguard’s credit card to buy a pair of boots last week. Despite recently signing on as the face of “Candies” through 2010, the conservatorship agreement reportedly only allows her to put $1,500 a week on credit. And since Brit recently decided to go back to brunette, it doesn’t bode well for those clinging to the hope that the hard-working mom is just having a bit of fun. After all, it was the darker ‘do that appeared in the months leading up to the shave job seen ’round the world. Well, we certainly do hope that these kinds of escapades are going to fall under the “weird artist” category, and that she stays on her toes, for her kids sake if nothing else. My hunch is that this is all speculation, and that she is just being herself and acting out maybe a smidge, but I don’t foresee a trip to the bin any time soon. People like to talk and badly about her at that, and I really think she knows she has worked too hard to get where she is back to today and just needs a little down time.
