Here’s Coco signing autographs on her latest Playboy spread @ the Hawaiian Tropic Zone on Tuesday in New York City. hmm… i don’t know about you, but I think she’s had a little cosmetic surgery. Whoever did her silicone breast implants obviously didn’t do a good job since they’re lumpy. Oh Coco… pay the extra $5000 and get a touch-up! I do give her props though, sell, sell, sell, and get that money. Who knows how much Law & Order pays, and mama needs a new purse.

Coco did the ‘stand by your man’ thing last Thursday as she worked the red carpet in New York. Here she is with hubby Ice-T in New York at the Hammerstein Ballroom for the 4th Annual VH1 Hip Hop Honors event. Yes, it may be surprising to some that she actually upped the class ante for this event in a knee-level zebra print dress that clung to her figure. So it appears to be a little, uh, small on top for her. This is a far cry from her standard uniform of fishnets and little else. She actually looks like she almost wants to be taken seriously, and you almost want to, don’t you?
