Just when you think you’ve forgotten all about her, Elisha Cuthbert makes a very hot comeback. Here she is gracing the covers of Maxim with nothing but crazy gorgeousness. Elisha Cuthbert has ‘Old School’ on her long resume, and it seems that the entire staff at Maxim insist that flick go on the ‘300 Movies You Must See Before You Die’ List. She apparently however had no clue the flick would become a classic, other than the phenomenal cast she got to work with. She told Maxim she loves doing comedies, but that she got so nervous about it she couldn’t sleep. Guess this pretty girl is just THAT pretty she doesn’t even need her beauty sleep, poor thing. She also says that Will Ferrell is an entirely different person off set, and I believe the word ‘reserved’ was used even. *gasp!* But she enjoyed working on the movie, and says it may have even been because her character got to be drunk the whole time. If you were digging Elisha Cuthbert’s cropped locks, you may just have to get over that. Here she is leaving the hip Katsuya restaurant in West Hollywood this weekend and is showing off a brand new set of hair extensions. Maybe she’s sporting a new look for her new man. Well, not that anything is official, but this Calgary born girl has been linked to Calgary Flames defenseman Dion Phaneuf. Some reports have confirmed, some haven’t, and the “people” on either side are saying ‘no comment’. However, it wouldn’t be TOO surprising since Elisha seems to have a record with the NHL, but not one that will make any stats reports. She’s dated Sean Avery, when he played for the L.A. Kings, but they broke up after a trade to the Rangers. She’s also been linked to Montreal Canadiens defenseman Mike Komisarek. Seems clear this Canadian girl likes her hockey, and the boys that play it. One look at ‘em, and can’t say I blame her.

I don’t know why, but it seems like the trend to go hang out with these geeky & unfashionable guys. Isn’t it kinda a prerequisite for gay guys that hang around celebs to be beautiful AND fashionable? Well, he might not be a geek… it could just be a bad camera angle since he’s a pro snowboarded and has gotten his fair share of play in the past! Either way, maybe Elisha should go on a double date with Lindsay Lohan… now that’s a thought!

Oh yes, Elisha Cuthbert is a smitten kitten. And Paris well, she’s probably just gearing up for a publicity stunt. But the two were hot and heavy the other night at New York’s Tenjune club. I believe the expression used was ‘all over each other and making out’. The two didn’t arrive together, as Paris was there for a birthday party. And Elisha was there to apparently scope out the hot chicks. A source says Paris was just putting on a show, while a rep for Elisha Cuthbert flat out denies the incident. Oh really? Hmmm…..me thinks she may protest too much!

Many of you ogling boys out there will be happy to hear this one. The word out is that Paris Hilton’s gal pal Elisha Cuthbert has kicked New York Rangers man Sean Avery to the curb after two years. While we don’t know the details behind the split, we do know that she obviously had her reasons. Practically before she could even let a coat of nail polish dry he was hanging around the LG house in Malibu on August 26 hitting on none other than Paris Hilton. So far he hasn’t won any points with me, and I am not left wondering why they broke up in the first place. And while Paris may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, she apparently does have some loyalty bones, scrawny as they may be. She turned him down flat on his behind, saying she wouldn’t do that to Elisha.

I love it when celebs are comfortable in their own skin, and don’t try to force the anorexic look that is so common in Hollywood.
