Just when you thought you knew your celebrities….If you think that Eva Mendes and Cameron Diaz are two of Hollywood’s classiest ladies, you may want to rethink that. The two are good friends and Eva has recently challenged Cameron to a farting competition. Yes, you did read that right. Eva was hanging out with Cameron in Nepal recently for Diaz’s MTV documentary series, and they shared a hotel room and did the girly girl up all night thing. Well, not TOO girly. Cameron started the evening with some belching and Eva wanted to top her by starting the fart off. So charming isn’t it? Odd though that hearing that about Cameron Diaz doesn’t surprise me, but Eva just a little bit. Funny, I just don’t think I can look at either of them the same again….

So, here’s Eva Mendes on French TV doing some sort of interview or game show. But, that’s not all. Half way through the video there’s this question: “I’m considering buying a fur for my wife, but if you take your top off…” and Eva becomes all smug and adds in a political slant about look into where you get your fur, then I might take my top off. Well, Eva, don’t bother… we can all see your boobs anyways. Sometimes it’s painful how stupid and conceited some celebs can be. But, having your pic up with a nip slip and a stupid look on your face… that makes it all worth it. Lets hope this helps to deflate her ego a little bit.

Although the film has already made it’s debut in the US via the Tribeca Film Festival in NYC, it is still waiting to be released in France… with the release date slotted for January 23rd. The upcoming 2008 Campari Calendar is featuring this big screen legend throughout the entire year so fans of Eva can look at her all day, every day for 365 of ‘em in a row, and then some! Well… celebrities always get a lot of flack when they try and do some charity work, as if people just can not accept that maybe not everything is about getting publicity. But many are still sitting on the fence with Petra Nemcova’s work for tsunami victims with the Happy Hearts Fund. Some are saying there is mismanagement at the top levels and that the charity is more for show than anything. Reps from the Happy Heart Fund deny those allegations saying over $2.5 million has been raised since the charity’s inauguration and an expected $3 million more in the works. Those that attended the Happy Hearts Fund Heart of Gold Ball in NYC Wednesday night didn’t seem to buy into the mismanagement theory and were more than happy to support this worthy cause. Here we see Petra with Eva Mendes at the event, and the other attendees included the likes of Uma Thurman, Wyclef Jean, and Bruce Willis.

Ouch! This is pretty much a public stoning of the 21st century in the U.S! Sarah Silverman hosted last night’s MTV Movie Awards, and had some pretty harsh things to say about Paris. The crowd loved it! Jack Nicholson was seen, with Eva Mendes sitting in the row behind him, laughing. Paris is definitely holding back tears.

Jake Gyllenhaal presented Jennifer Aniston with the Vanguard Award @ this year’s 18th Annual GLAAD Media Awards presented by Absolut Vodka in Los Angeles. She won for her contributions in increasing the visibility and understanding of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community. Tennis legend, Martina Navratilova also won at this year’s awards and was presented with the Stephen F. Kolzak Award by ‘N Sync member Lance Bass.

Guests who attended the Los Angeles event included Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe from Days of Our Lives), Rebecca Romijn and beau Jerry O’Connell, Reichen Lehmkuhl, Eva Mendes, etc.
