Yes, we’ve been waiting for Fergie to break the news that she is a mommy to be, as The Black Eyed Peas’ singer has admitted that she is ready to expand her family beyond herself, her husband, and her husband’s stripper. However, the Fergie bumpwatch is going on hiatus for the next five months. I know, I know, her pregnancy rumours enrich our lives, but we’ll just have to find something else to turn to, like alcoholism. The singer is touring with the Black Eyed Peas until their last show in Vancouver on April 11, and after that she’s going to get her baby on with husband Josh Duhamel. Until then, if you’re wondering if the bio clock has been making her a little antsy? Oh yes. But the word “broody” seems to be a more apropos term for this on the other side of the pond.

“Am I getting broody? Oh, definitely! But I want to finish this tour first before trying to start a family.”
Currently she hasn’t seen Josh for about a month, which is not believed to be the best strategy for getting pregnant. Fergie says she misses Josh, who she married last January. This has led to unspeakable acts of depravity from Fergie, like eating bread.

“At home I have a diet meal delivery service, but on tour I order room service, and while I try to have healthy options, it still comes with bread and butter. And sometimes it’s too hard for me to resist!”

I guess she forgot that you can actually ask to have the meal come without butter. These celebrities. Again with the bread defamation. I’m not arguing that all Fergie’s discipline and workin’ on her fitness hasn’t rewarded her with a body all trannies envy. But it’s bread! Even prisoners get it! She’ll need to be loading up on those starches if she plans on growing a baby bump this August anyway. Go ahead Fergie, have some bread, we won’t tell. Much.

Black Eyed Peas star Fergie has been a little under the radar lately but that is because she has been working very hard on her latest film. Many people know and love this hot mega star for her gorgeous figure and smoking hot body. And this next film will definitely win her more fans no doubt, but die hard Fergie fans are going to love a little more of her. At least 13 pounds more of her to be exact, as Fergie has been forced to put on weight for her new role. Fergie will be playing in the film adapted version of the Tony Award winning musical ‘Nine’ and her character is the prostitute Saraghina. For the role, Fergie has had to put on some weight and she’s already begun to stress about it. She loved the process of putting on weight, and like many would, found it very easy. Her favourite things to indulge in were fish and chips, anything fried, pumpkin pie, and specifically, home made whipped cream. She said she even indulged in whipped cream for breakfast! Oh! If we could all get paid to get fat!! Fergie will be playing alongside Nicole Kidman in the movie, and many are saying she is on the Oscar track with this one. But it’s not the role or her career that is on her mind, she has already begun worrying about losing the weight. She is currently engaged to fiancé Josh Duhamel, and is on the get slim fast track to be skinny again before the big wedding day. She’s gone back to giving up the ‘bad foods’ and is using food delivery services to whittle down her figure. She is learning how to do creative things with food, and splurging on gravy with low fat turkey, and indulging in big green salads for her diet designs. But this new role is touted to be a biggie for Fergie, and I think that her fans are going to be so wowed by it all, that they aren’t going to be thinking about her dress size, but rather, her unbelievable talent.

Ah yes, the style icons in Tinseltown have been waiting on pins and needles this week for the long awaited annual 10 Best Dressed Stars list of People Magazine. Hmm….who do you think made the cut? You will probably notice that there are few if any surprises, but let’s keep in mind there are only 10 slots to fill, and yes, I am sure there was some disappointment in Hollywood once the names were announced. Not surprisingly at all, Sarah Jessica Parker hit the list for probably her umpteenth year in a row, and was chosen due to her ‘expert eclectic style’ and I love that. Anne Hathaway has been wowing designers ever since she broke it big in ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ and she made the cut, along with Charlize Theron, Rihanna, Eva Mendes, and of course Kate Hudson. Heidi Klum hit the list for being ‘Model Chic’ and one surprise I noted was Fergie, who was described as a ‘Refined Rocker’. I don’t think she has any style ‘issues’ per se, however, she wouldn’t make a top 10 in my books. Another surprise came from Gwyneth Paltrow’s appearance on the list, and she was chosen for her evolution in the fashion world this year, having ‘revved up her classic look’ as we see here now less preppy and more in the thigh baring mini dresses and mongo heels. What DID surprise me the most was seeing Michelle Obama’s name appear, and her style was defined as ‘Classy and Confident’ and again, though I am not saying she is not a very well dressed lady, there were a few Tinseltown style queens that were probably a little pouty about being beat out by Michelle Obama. Those pouts I am sure are hanging on the lips of Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes, two infamously impeccably styled women that well….just didn’t make the cut this year. Sorry girls. Better luck next year.

It may seem like Fergie has been under the radar lately, but she has been busy lining up some new roles and some new work that will keep her fans very excited. Particularly the boys. Fergie is working on research now for a new role where she will play a prostitute in the move musical ‘Nine’ opposite co-star Daniel Day Lewis this coming Fall. And from the sounds of sources that claim to be her friends, Fergie is well prepared for the role, as it seems that she and her fiancé Josh Duhamel like to take on roles at home, even when they are off set. One of Fergie’s friends says that Fergie and Josh like to keep things exciting in the bedroom, and Fergie has an entire closet full of role playing costumes that she uses to dress up for her man. Among her off-set characters, Fergie plays dress up in things like a police officer, dominatrix, nurse, and of course, the ever popular French maid. Apparently when Josh first saw the French maid costume, he made a joke about how happy she was that she was finally going to clean her closet. Hm, wonder how well that one went over. But Fergie says not taking life too seriously is what is keeping their romance hot and exciting, and is an ideal way to start their life together. And although Fergie may not be too shy to reveal her dirty bedroom details, you won’t get much out of her about the wedding plans. That info is on par with national security, and ain’t noone gonna find out until well….probably when it happens like most other Hollywood nuptials.

After running the talk show circuit in New York City last week, Fergie took a much needed break with her fiancé Josh Duhamel in the Bahamas. And here she is enjoying fun in the sun looking gorgeous as ever. There was absolutely no agenda on the table for this happy couple, as they split their time between some tanning and some lazy beach strolling. As the day lengthened, the pair jumped in the water to cool off and spent some time aboard a wave runner to make the most of their island getaway. And if you are wondering what these two have added to their resume these days when they are not on vacay? Speculations are that Fergie has been busy recording the opening tune for the much talked about ‘Sex and the City’ movie, while Josh has been working on a film ‘When in Rome’ with co-stars Kristen Bell, Will Arnett, and Jon Heder. Ah yes, they do make life look so difficult, don’t they?

Fergie had an embarrassing little wardrobe malfunction while she was performing @ the Westpac Stadium in Wellington, New Zealand, on Thursday. It appears that she forgot to zip up her pants and was snapped onstage while flying low! Well, you know what they say… you’re never going to get any business if you don’t advertise. However, I’m sure hat her fiancé Josh Duhamel wouldn’t be too happy about that sort of advertising. Yep, they’re now engaged. He proposed to her during a break in Mexico. Oh, how romantic!

Or maybe she accidentally got nabbed with a tazer? Who knows, but she is looking more stunned here than stunning. This is Fergie at Macy’s Herald Square on September 5th helping to launch the Kipling Handbag Collection. Fergie for Kipling seems to be a natural fit despite her dazed expression. As the day went on the stunned look moved to bright-eyed and bushy tailed as she signed autographs and showed off the collection. Funny how most women would look tacky with gads of bags hanging off of them, here it just seems like the right fit for her.
