Fergie had an embarrassing little wardrobe malfunction while she was performing @ the Westpac Stadium in Wellington, New Zealand, on Thursday. It appears that she forgot to zip up her pants and was snapped onstage while flying low! Well, you know what they say… you’re never going to get any business if you don’t advertise. However, I’m sure hat her fiancé Josh Duhamel wouldn’t be too happy about that sort of advertising. Yep, they’re now engaged. He proposed to her during a break in Mexico. Oh, how romantic!

Here we have Fergie doing what? I can’t really tell if she is trying to stifle some gas here, or if someone has shone some crazy bright headlights in her eyes. Or maybe she accidentally got nabbed with a tazer? Who knows, but she is looking more stunned here than stunning. This is Fergie at Macy’s Herald Square on September 5th helping to launch the Kipling Handbag Collection. Fergie for Kipling seems to be a natural fit despite her dazed expression. As the day went on the stunned look moved to bright-eyed and bushy tailed as she signed autographs and showed off the collection. Funny how most women would look tacky with gads of bags hanging off of them, here it just seems like the right fit for her.

Some people will stop at nothing to make a buck, or apparently 4 million. Candie’s is giving Fergie about that much to have what the big time marketers refer to as ‘product placement’. We see it all the time in movies and stuff, you know, the camera hones in on a Diet Coke can in a chick flick, and we are supposed to believe it’s all about plot advancement. Right, well, Fergie is pumping up the song volume with some Candie’s choruses. A lot of people are using the word ‘sell-out’ and I’m thinkng a lot of people are right here. Is Fergie so desperate for money that she needs to make advertisements now with her record label? Pul-Lease. Well, you know what they say about Karma being a boomerang and all. Finally people will stop taking her as the ‘serious artist’ that she is. You see my point now, right? Riiigggghhht.

Well, it finally happened… Sanjaya Malakar was eliminated from the American Idol competition. It was bound to happen sooner or later, but I was worried for a little bit that he might win it! Last night’s episode was superb! It involved a performance by Fergie (looking Fergalicious) and they gave us a preview of Shrek 3. The bottom three were Lakisha, Blake and Sanjaya. I guess Lakisha and Blake will have to step up their game if they want to avoid being in the bottom three again next week!
