Ah yes, the style icons in Tinseltown have been waiting on pins and needles this week for the long awaited annual 10 Best Dressed Stars list of People Magazine. Hmm….who do you think made the cut? You will probably notice that there are few if any surprises, but let’s keep in mind there are only 10 slots to fill, and yes, I am sure there was some disappointment in Hollywood once the names were announced. Not surprisingly at all, Sarah Jessica Parker hit the list for probably her umpteenth year in a row, and was chosen due to her ‘expert eclectic style’ and I love that. Anne Hathaway has been wowing designers ever since she broke it big in ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ and she made the cut, along with Charlize Theron, Rihanna, Eva Mendes, and of course Kate Hudson. Heidi Klum hit the list for being ‘Model Chic’ and one surprise I noted was Fergie, who was described as a ‘Refined Rocker’. I don’t think she has any style ‘issues’ per se, however, she wouldn’t make a top 10 in my books. Another surprise came from Gwyneth Paltrow’s appearance on the list, and she was chosen for her evolution in the fashion world this year, having ‘revved up her classic look’ as we see here now less preppy and more in the thigh baring mini dresses and mongo heels. What DID surprise me the most was seeing Michelle Obama’s name appear, and her style was defined as ‘Classy and Confident’ and again, though I am not saying she is not a very well dressed lady, there were a few Tinseltown style queens that were probably a little pouty about being beat out by Michelle Obama. Those pouts I am sure are hanging on the lips of Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes, two infamously impeccably styled women that well….just didn’t make the cut this year. Sorry girls. Better luck next year.

Here is Heidi Klum and her hotty hubby Seal at the 16th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party. The party was hosted by Jennifer Love Hewitt and was held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Sunday. Heidi is best known for her superstar status and the major beauty that goes along with it, and she just never seems to have a hair out of place, does she? So Heidi had some folks wondering at the Night Before the Oscars party as to why she was carrying around a paper cup all night. Some people thought she was eating take-out soup or something, but it did catch some attention. Heidi later explained it was a gift from Wolfgang Puck, he had given her some of his special salad dressing and she and Seal just couldn’t get enough of it. I find it strange that Wolfgang couldn’t be bothered to use oh I don’t know, Tupperware, for a gift that comes in liquid form. And even stranger that Heidi didn’t have *anyone* around to take it off her hands for the night. Toting takeout at the Night Before the Oscars party just seems a little um…strange. No?

It seems Heidi Klum has got a big old heart, because she is feeling bad for our Britney and has offered to take her in to live with her and her husband Seal for a few months. She wants Britney to live with her, and she wants to help her ‘turn her life around’ and set her straight. Heidi hates when young people get so off track, and feels sorry so she just wants to help out. Britney has been doing pretty well for the most part lately. If you don’t count the days she’s been seen braless shopping with mom Lynn and tried on wedding dresses. But Saturday was apparently much tamer for Brit as she had dinner at the Citrus with her dad Jamie. Words like ‘normal’, ‘calm’, and ‘level-headed’ were used. Well duh, yeah, Lithium will do that to you. So if she can keep on keel, maybe she wouldn’t be such a wild child for Heidi? Heidi seems to have a good head on her shoulders, if she can take Seal on, I think Britney would be a piece of cake.

Just when you thought Heidi Klum was sane… SURPRISE! ha… just kidding. I totally love Heidi, especially as the host of reality TV show Project Runway. She has such a shiny happy personality!! Here she is being goofy for the cameras while filming a video to promote the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on December 4. Yep, Heidi instantly puts viewers in aww with her amazing ability to multi-task… fondling her boobs while yodeling @ the same time! She’s also imaginative and pretends her boobs are machine guns; she’s a real-life fembot! The video’s actually silly and funny in the light and easy way that only Heidi can be.

Those with a passion for fashion know that last night was a pretty big night in the industry. The 11th Annual ACE Awards were presented, with awards being presented to those in the fashion industry for remarkable achievements in Accessories. Here you see Heidi Klum being shot with industry elite designer Marc Jacobs and she is holding a T-shirt that says “Protect the Skin You’re In”. Well, if you’re going to take skin care advice from someone, she’s a good pick. The girl just can’t do ugly. Heidi received an award for her work with Project Runway and was awarded “Fashion Influencer” by her co-worker on Project Runway and fashion editor genius from ELLE magazine Nina Garcia. We bow, Heidi. Awesome work and congrats!

Here you’re seeing the always stunning Heidi Klum during a launch for her Very Sexy Makeup Collection featured by Victoria’s Secret. The launch took place at The Grove in Los Angeles on Friday, and if you haven’t had a chance to check out her stuff, you should, it’s very very good. In other Heidi news, we recently reported her snaffoo on Oprah where she essentially told the free world how big her husband Seal was in the uh, package department. Apparently, she has no regrets on how the interview went.

But Klum admits she thought her TV appearance was a success — and credits Winfrey with luring her into a strange sense of intimacy.

She tells People, “I was very happy with how things went on Oprah. It is very strange, you trust her so much that you talk sometimes without realizing what you are saying.”

“She has a spell in her eyeballs that when she looks at you, you are like ‘Yes.’”

I’d be curious to find out how Seal feels about his chatty Heidi. Some men wouldn’t mind such a revelation, but you know, some might.

Anyone that thought Heidi Klum was on the shy side can shake that thought right away. It seems in an interview with Oprah she got very candid about her feelings toward the singer and artist Seal, or at least candid about her first impression of him. People also reports her exact thoughts on the matter.

She said, “I met him in a hotel lobby in New York City and he came in just from the gym and I was sitting there and I was, like, wow. And so, I pretty much saw everything. The whole package.”

What?? She met him in a hotel lobby and she saw everything? Why is she the only person to mention this then? I can just see the look on Oprah’s face now. Well, not that I get too many opportunities to see Oprah, but from what I gather, the package size is not something frequently discussed on her show. But I guess, Heidi felt it necessary to reveal all there really IS to know about Seal, to everyone.
