The two most sought after spots for guest appearances on TV, believe it or not, are Sesame Street and Saturday Night Live. And it seems James Blunt has scored one of the big ones with Sesame Street where he sings about his love for a triangle to the tune of his hit “You’re Beautiful”. This is probably found very endearing by Reese Witherspoon, despite the fact that her kids may enjoy it the word is that she is besotted with the singer. The pair met after his show in Los Angeles El Rey Theatre last month and it’s said that she is apparently besotted with him as there appears to be a lot of chemistry between the two. Talks of Reese’s pairing with Jake Gyllenhaal have surfaced lately, but as I suspect… it’s all just a sham to promote their flop of a movie, Rendition. It’s amazing what stars will do to promote a movie… cough, romantic vacay in Rome. James has been paired with Petra Nemcova, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and British socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson as well as Kate Bosworth. Let’s see where this one goes shall we!

Wow, are those two peelers men!? James Blunt, the 33-year-old singer, spent the night flirting and dancing with a host of models and dancers in the exclusive VIP Room nightclub in Cannes.

Partying alongside celebrities including Jude Law and former Baywatch star, Pamela Anderson – who arrived fashionably late at 3am – Blunt alternated between glasses of champagne and bottles of beer at the Playboy Legacy party. “He clearly has an eye for the ladies and was in his element, surrounded by busty centrefold models” said a fellow party goer.

It amazes me how someone who breaks up with supermodel Petra Nemcova could be interested in these two strippers. I guess beer goggles really do exist!
